Sea Gull Condo 710 is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath on the seventh floor with three separate balconies. The spacious kitchen features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and plenty of storage.

The large master bedroom with a king bed and private patio faces the Gulf of Mexico.



The first guest bedroom has a bunk with full bed on bottom and twin bed on top. The second guest bedroom has a King bed, an air mattress and shares a bay view balcony with the first guest bedroom.



The spacious living/dining area has a beautiful view of the Gulf, plenty of seating with tile flooring and large tv's throughout.

Fun at the Beach

So enjoyed our stay with family at the Sea Gull. The easy access to the beach and pool were wonderful! Loved being close to town- activities,tours, shopping and restaurants. Sunsets and sunrises from opposit sides of the house were awesome!

Big windows, great view,good interior design, and did I say anything about the windows? Oh, and an unexpected pleasure in the kitchen, an ice maker! This was a lovely space, right on the beach, and close to both Port Aransas and Corpus Christi. And we saw the wooping creanes for the first time.

They came and fixed things

Excellent but needed to have tv, overhead fan, electric blinds. Didn't fix freeze ice machine. Should be a maintenance schedule. Place clean, great view, nice coffee options. Railings need to be replaced.

Breath Taking

Our family had a wonderful stay at this vacation rental. The views of the ocean on the 7th floor unit were amazing. The unit was well stocked with dishes, utincils, pots n pans, baking sheets n pans, cutting boards and glasses, cups. The Espresso machine was a nice touch and complimented the luxery. The unit was clean and organized. Plenty of square footage for 8 of us. The hallway winds back to glass encased bedrooms with nice views, The master is stunning and these rooms host quiet privacy for guests desiring that day nap or wind down time at night's end. TVs in every room are modern but their frequent use gets no time with the fine sand beach at your feet. The front desk was very responsive to all our needs.
