Ideal location

Great little studio just steps away from the ski school, Keystone Sports rentals and Peru Express lift. Will definitely try to stay here the next time I come to town.

Perfect mountainside retreat

Absolutely everything you need for a perfect ski getaway. The view was amazing, covered parking, elevators, and ski locker convenient, and proximity to Peru lift and mountain house rentals perfect. Full-size refrigerator with kitchenette was a huge plus. Enclosed community hot tubs with Mountain View’s a great getaway. A wonderful experience.

In & Out

This was the perfect location for me to take my boys on a “guys” trip. Everything we needed to hit the slopes was provided and the underground heated park with the ski/board gear lockers was perfect. Everything we needed and nothing we didn’t.

Condo close to the Peru lift.

Property was exactly as described. Very short walk to the Peru lift. Great view of the runs for this part of the mtn.

Pros: Unit was nicely decorated and appointed. The bed was comfortable and plenty of blankets. The location was great, right next to the Keystone shuttle and the Peru lift. Cons: the material between floors must be made of cardboard and Shrek must have been staying in the unit above. It was stomping around until 9pm, then it started again at 5am. Needless to say my sleep was not good, I ended up sleeping with noise cancelling AirPods on. Also, even with plenty of available parking in the garage I was told I could not leave my car there while skiing after I checked out. I ended up having to park in the overflow lot and take a shuttle back to the area to get on the lift. It cut almost an hour off of my time on the mountain.

Invest in better mattresses

As a one-time short term rental host, I learned early that when visiting a new town - especially for recreation - guests are spending most of their time outside the condo. Their time inside the unit is mostly spent sleeping. The quality of that sleep has the biggest impact on ratings. The mattress on the queen size bed in this unit (nearest the mountain) is very cheap or very old and extremely uncomfortable. A new mattress will do wonders for future reviews of your condo. Also please get a coffee maker that works and allow guests to access the closets. I had nowhere to hang my clothing.

Convenient and comfortable

Great space for our family so we could all be together but still have space to spread out. Convenient parking and we went from couch to in the lift lines in 5 minutes. Wish hot tub area was a little nicer and that outdoor fire pit would light at night! But for the cost it was so good!
