The Blue Fish Cottage

Built in 1888, added on in the early 1900’s, now your vacation rental. 2 bdrms (Queen & Twin w/trundle) on main floor. Small 2 area loft (2 Twins & 1 Twin) accessed from master bedroom. *Stairs to loft are original to the home; steep, & narrow.
Located across the highway from the lake, down the road from access to Cache National Forest trails , 5 min. to the marina, 8 min. to Le Beau’s and 15 min. to the Pickleville Playhouse.

Labor Day Weekend

Charming cottage for our family. Beds are comfortable and it was clean. We would suggest getting an air conditioning window unit for the upstairs room. It was cool at night but it didn’t get cool until 10pm-11pm upstairs.

This summer (2022) has been unseasonably hot, especially for the Bear Lake area. The A/C unit on the main floor was just added this summer. Hopefully the Summer’s won’t continue to be this hot, but if so We will definitely get an A/C unit for the upstairs.

Absolutely Charming!

This little blue cottage is the perfect get away. The Bluefish is located in the perfect spot to access everything the Bear Lake area has to offer. There is private walk-in beach access and the property itself is clean, well maintained, and secluded. Our hosts were completely accommodating and quick to respond. This place is a gem- one we will certainly be renting again!

Bear Lake Vacation!

I loved the cottage! Holly was so helpful and friendly! The place was immaculate! The grounds were beautiful! All my relatives came for a Barbecue! The only things that would have made my stay better would be Air Conditioning and safer stairs (going upstairs.) My family had a wonderful time! Thank you!

Cute little cottage with beach access

Amazing! We booked our stay for a holiday weekend and were very comfortable. Holly was very informative and made sure our stay was the best. Beach access isn't the best, but if it's a private relaxing beach you want, then this is your place. All bedrooms must be accessed through the master bedroom which was a bit of a con, but the beautiful scenery, the relaxation and beach made it all well worth it.
