This house is the ARTISTS' RETREAT.

It is just blocks for the Plaza, yet removed from the chaos. Contemporary Santa Fe Style home with hand plastered walls, beams and high ceilings.

The centerpiece is a jewel like great room that is surrounded by the gourmet kitchen, a cozy dining area, and a large flagstone patio. The patio has mature Aspen trees and an incredible double sided fireplace that connects through to the great room.

This three-bedroom home (sleeps 7-8) has a large master suite with attached roof deck offering views of the Sangre and Jemez mountain ranges - delightful. The suite also has a spa-like bathroom with large steam shower, and jetted tub and a fabulous travertine vanity for two. The guest suite has great morning light, a terrace with views of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains and a large en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom is a studio with its own bathroom, sitting area, small kitchen and loft like high ceilings. This bedroom can sleep 2-4 people with a full bed and two twin beds.

This house is a wonderful place to hang out and create new memories with friends and family.

You also are going to love its location. It is an easy walk to the plaza (shops and restaurants) and Canyon Road (galleries galore). The plaza is 5 blocks and Canyon Road is 7 blocks away.

We live in the same neighborhood and really love it. Quiet, convenient and safe. We would not live anywhere else.

Beautiful property with multiple amenities, walkable to square, shopping, and restaurants!

This property is awesome! We are a group of seven women coming together from different parts of the country. This home accommodated us very comfortably - we had excellent bedding for each person, a well-stocked kitchen, and plenty of bathrooms. The living area was cozy with a gas fireplace which was really key since it was cold while we visited. The home is so close to the square that it's a real delight to go into town for coffee or a meal. If it was warmer, we'd probably have walked more. We really loved Santa Fe and would stay at this property again if/when the occasion arises.

Great place to stay for Spring break trip.

My family and I stayed here for a few days during Spring break.

The house was beautiful and spacious and accommodated all of our needs. We had some older folks (my parents) with us plus my 12 year old son. The layout of the house was perfect for this group because there were bedrooms upstairs and downstairs to accommodate those who needed to go to bed early and those who wanted to stay up late.

It was a easy walk downtown, so that was very convenient for everyone.

Sandra was so wonderful to work with - helpful and very flexible with our needs. Thank you so much Sandra!

Great little place just north of artist road makes for a short walk to the plaza and points of downtown interest. We slept 8 comfortably. The owners were super responsive and wonderful hosts from afar. We would absolutely rent this condo again for our next trip!
