Wonderful 3 bedroom home located on beautiful Columbia Avenue in the heart of Cape May.

Charming five-bedroom home located on picturesque Columbia Ave and conveniently located to to town and the beach. First floor is open concept with living area, dining area and modern kitchen. There are three bedrooms located on the first floor and an updated shared bathroom with a combined tub/shower. First floor bedrooms are a king bed in rear, queen bed in middle, front bedroom is a bunk bed with full bed on the bottom, twin bed up top and a twin bed. Second floor has two additional bedrooms and a shared bath with shower. Second floor bedrooms are front bedroom, king bed + a single bed and rear bedroom has a queen bed, toddler bed and crib. Relax after a day at the beach on the front porch or in the private yard. This home can be rented as the first floor only as a three bedroom home with no access to the top floor. Please inquire with an agent for rates. There is a separate back cottage that is for owners family. Tenants do not have access to deck on second floor or basement. Off street parking only.
