Park up to 4 cars in the driveway and you won t need a car for your entire stay.This highly sought-after beach block house has an open floor plan with 2 sitting areas featuring a large screen tv, a large dining area that accommodate up to 14 and a new gourmet kitchen with a huge marble island, professional 6 burner gas stove, and every amenity a gourmet cook could want including a beverage fridge to chill your favorite bottle of wine. The first floor features a stand-alone full bathroom, full size laundry and a master bedroom with a second full en-suite bathroom (ideal for guests that need fewer steps). Great location in first block from beach. Kitchen stocked with adequate utensils and appliances. We never turned on the TV so no opinion on that. The property shows very little ā€œwear and tear.ā€ The gas grill works but is showing its years. No grill brush. Outdoor shower very convenient. Very little outside noise after dark. All family members were very pleased. We reserved a week for 2026.

Just Perfect

We were an extended family of 11 and this house was perfect for us. Enough beds and bathrooms, a well stocked kitchen, location near the beach and shops, parking for all our cars, prompt communication when needed. We had a wonderful time and will be back.

Great house for a group

Rented this property with friends for a long weekend. The house was very clean and adorably decorated. All the beds were comfortable the only thing to note is you have to bring all your own linens and towels. The location is great and in walking distance to all of the popular places to go in Cape May.

Perfect for Girls Weekend!

Beautiful house right near beach and Washington Mall area. House was well maintained and had plenty of room for a group of 7 women for a girls weekend. Did I mention they had a wine fridge?? We loved it and would consider coming back again!

Pre summer trip to Cape May

The house is conveniently located near the beach and close to Washington Street Mall. It had a great supply of beach gear and a wonderful porch and backyard patio. Bedrooms were spacious and had a nice variety of configurations and plenty of bathrooms and a bonus outdoor shower!

Nice place for a crowd

This is the second time we stayed here. The first was with family and the second was with friends - 4 couples in all. It is very comfortable and clean and generally well supplied. My major issue is that both times there was little toilet paper anywhere when we arrived. I assumed it was an oversight the first itme, but it was the same the second time. You need to either supply the paper or tell people ot bring their own.

Birthday Celebration in Cape May

This house was perfect for five long time friends to celebrate our 70th birthdays!! We were each able to have our own room and bathroom. The common area was perfect with large island/seating and extra large dining table and seating. The house was very clean and fully stocked with everything you might need. The location was perfect and allowed us to walk everywhere we wanted to go. There couldnā€™t be a better house for a large group in cape May!!

Great family house!

Great location, great space of house. Bunk bed room was a bit crowded and beds seem to be loose and made us a bit nervous for sleeping, but worked out in the end. 2 broken windows (were not latching), but were reported to the property manager. Plenty of parking and great walking distance to Washington mall, beach, and other shops. Canā€™t wait to visit again!

Beautiful home, Nicer than the pictures!

I recently booked this home for a bachelorette party. We were pleasantly surprised that the house seemed nicer in person than in the pictures. That usually never happens! It was extremely clean and all the rooms were extremely spacious and well-maintained. It's a short walk to restaurants, bars, and cafes. Great house, great location. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful home in heart of Cape May

We rented this stunning home to celebrate a 60th birthday weekend with a group of eight women, and it exceeded all our expectations in every way! From start to finish, the rental process was seamless and stress-free. The host provided timely communication and a comprehensive home guide before our arrival, which made everything so easy. When we arrived, we were blown awayā€”the home was even more beautiful in person! It was spacious, impeccably designed, and incredibly comfortable for our large group. The location was absolutely perfect, with the beach, shops, and restaurants all within walking distance. We had such an amazing time that we ended up canceling our plans to go out after dinner just to spend more time enjoying the house. It was the ideal place to relax and unwind, making for the perfect "night in." I canā€™t recommend this property enoughā€”it truly has it all. You wonā€™t be disappointed!

Wedding Weekend

The house and property were very nice and we enjoyed the location with walking distance to numerous area's to explore. The only down side was that renting through VRBO we assumed Sheets and towels would be provided...WRONG! we had to scramble at the last minute to secure rental sheets and towels, which were quite pricey. Other than that, we had a great experience.

Exit Zero Jazz Festival

This house is in the best location for Cape May. It is no kidding a 1 block walk to the beach. The main venue for the jazz festival was the Convention Center which was a 2 minute easy walk! This house has all the amenities you need. The open main floor layout let us easily socialize and eat with the kitchen, island and living room all right there. The driveway allowed us to park 4 cars with ease. The Jersey Cape Reality team was an absolute pleasure to work with. They were extremely responsive and informative. Iā€™d rent this house again in a heart beat. Thank you for a fabulous time!

Beautiful Property in a Great location

First off, we loved the property. It was beautiful, in amazing shape, well stocked, and clean. The house was newly renovated and exceeded our expectations. And it was in a wonderful location. We would definitely stay here again. Our challenge was really with the rental company processes. It was inconvenient and a bit outdated. The house was a keyless entry but we were required to go to the property management's location to pick up the hand written code. That seemed odd when every other property we have rented that is keyless just sends you the information. We also had to drop the handwritten code back at the property management's location when leaving. We also had to clean the entire house with a specific checklist (including vacuuming floors and cleaning bathrooms) or arrange a cleaning service ourselves that we had to organize and pay for in advance of our stay. I would suggest just putting this in the fees vs asking guest to do this. It also made me question the thoroughness of cleaning (beyond surface) that was done prior to arrival is you are leaving it up to each guest to clean. And lastly, the payment method was very manual vs electronic. We loved the house so much we would rent it again and everyone at the property mgmt company was very nice. It just could have been more seamless and guest friendly when checking in and checking out.
