The perfect beach house for the perfect stay at Manzanita Summer Salt Cottage

Welcome to the Manzanita Summer Salt Cottage. This 2017-built single story house sleeps 8 and offers 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. We are conveniently located 1.5 blocks from the beach. We are within minutes of walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, a bar and grocery store on Laneda Ave.

One level and light and bright! The house all is equipped with air condition and a gas fireplace for the variety of weather the coast has to offer. The living room and dining room do share an open concept to include everyone. We offer high speed wireless internet throughout the house. There is large flat screen TV in the living room for easy viewing. There are also Sonos bluetooth speakers everywhere in the house so you can listen to your favorite tunes.

The kitchen has a state of the art oven and comes fully stocked with just about everything you would need to enjoy cooking. To make sure everyone has a spot at the dinner table we are happy to provide one that seats 10 people.

Want to get away from the kids, the Manzanita Summer Salt even offers a den with another flat screen tv and a ton of books and board games for the family.

This fantastic house offers 3 bedrooms . The master bedroom has a king size bed with a tv, Apple TV and a private siding door leading to the back patio. The master bathroom is attached and offers a walk in shower and separate tub. There are two sinks for extra elbow room.

The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and tv with an Apple TV. The 3rd bedroom offers two sets of bunkbeds that offer and full and twin mattresses, perfect for kids and even adults.

There is also a charging station for your phone and tablets on the desk in the living room and the both the King and Queen bedrooms have a chargers on each night stand.

This house provides guest with a large propane BBQ grill. There is a picnic table and multiple patio chairs in the back yard around a fire pit and 2 rockers on the front porch. We have a ping pong table and foos ball table in garage ready for anyone who is up for a challenge.

There is a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer for your convenience while you are there.

Fabulous house

Wonderfully stocked kitchen, comfy beds, spacious bedrooms, ping pong, boogie boards! This house has it all and a very quick walk to town and the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Great beach house

The house is spacious and well equipped, with plenty of kitchen ware, beach toys and games. Very airy, a nice backyard protected from the wind and a short walk to beach and town.

This property is beautiful and conveniently located. It’s very well appointed and has everything you could need. The kitchen is well stocked, beds are furniture are comfortable and the location is great. The property manager was super responsive to a couple of questions. Would highly recommend!

Great Manzanita Vacation

The house is very well maintained and is a high quality property. It was comfortable, spacious, and stocked with everything you need, plus comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. It's a block or two away from multiple beach access points, and the shops/restaurants. There is also a playground nearby. There were a few issues, and the property manager took care of those for us right away; they were highly responsive. Thanks for a great stay!

Best VRBO I have ever rented

We use VRBO a lot and this is by far the nicest place we have ever stayed at. It is beautiful, clean...so so clean and has everything you could possibly want and good quality things. They had toys for the kids, books for everyone, anything you could possibly want in the kitchen. I really can't say enough good stuff about this place. The location is very convenient being one block from beach and 2 blocks for town. I will absolutely be staying here again. The only thing I could think of that they could possibly add was a pack and play but maybe they had that and I didn't see it. We actually sat around the firepit in the lovely rocking chairs trying to think of something they maybe forgot. So well appointed and beautiful. We had a lovely time thank you. We will be back next year...if it isn't sold out. :)

We loved staying at the Summer Salt Cottage! The charming home is walking distance to downtown & the beach. It is very cozy/ clean and all the appliances are high end. Candace was very responsive and helpful throughout our entire trip! Can’t wait to stay here again!

Simply spectacular

I had booked this property last on my itinerary and was sort of lukewarm about it simply from the pictures. But was I ever wrong -- the place is just amazing, and it turned out to be the best part of my trip. The Summer Salt Cottage is a ranch (single level) property in tiny Manzanita, and it is beautifully furnished and well stocked. There is a ton of room, and the amenities are top notch. The property is also just 1.5 blocks from a drop-dead gorgeous beach, with easy access to pizza, coffee, and good pastries. What more could a boy want?

Stunning new beach house in Manzanita!!

Wow! Far exceeded my expectations. I was looking for a nice remodeled home that had a beach vibe. I just needed to check out for a few days at the coast. I wanted all the amenities of a nice hotel yet I wanted the charm of a "beach house". This one Absolutely fit the bill! Beautiful interior decor, tons of living space for families and friends. I loved the master and spa like bath, nicely appointed at one side of the home for privacy. The backyard was enchanting with the garden and fire pit area for telling stories and making smores. We easily could walk to the beach and all the delicious local eats. It was the best beach experience I have had. I would highly recommend this home to anyone wanting a special experience at the coast.
