Maison située dans un village calme avec tous les commerces de proximité. Vous serez proche de la campagne (pour des ballades à pieds ou à vélo).
La plage la plus proche est à 25 km, l'ile d'Oléron à 40 km. Vous serez au centre d'un triangle formé de 3 belles villes : Rochefort 25km, Saintes 15 km et Royan 25 km et à 70 km de La Rochelle. Une situation idéale entre mer et campagne ainsi que la vallée de la Charente et ses châteaux.
Dans la ville la plus proche (Saintes) vous trouverez les supermarchés, mais aussi une ville gallo romaine avec ses monuments romains à admirer ses rue piétonnes et le fleuve Charente. Nous mettons à votre disposition tous les documents touristiques pour organiser vos visites et sorties.
Notre maison en bois est neuve avec tout le confort moderne (voir photos). Le jardin privé (400m²) est clôturé pour la sécurité des enfants et des animaux de compagnie Vous trouverez du mobilier de jardin et une plancha pour vos repas en extérieur.
Nous mettons du matériel de puériculture gratuit à disposition sur demande (lit BB, chaise haute, baignoire BB).

Belles découvertes du Sud de la Charente Maritime

Logement propre et lumineux, fonctionnel, bien équipé. Il est très bien situé pour découvrir les points forts de la région : Talmont sur Gironde , Royan, Saint Palais, Rochefort avec la Corderie Royale, Marennes et la Tremblade et leurs bassins ostréicoles, l'Ile d'Oléron et le petit village de Mornac sur Seudre. Belles randonnées dans les marais et sur les plages.

Maison fonctionnelle et bien équipée pour un séjour en famille

La maison d’Elisabeth nous a entièrement séduits ! Propre, fonctionnelle, très bien équipée, nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. Elisabeth et son mari nous également fourni tout ce qu’il fallait pour nos jeunes enfants (4 mois et 2 ans), jeux compris ! Merci également pour les gentilles attentions à notre arrivée. A noter que les hôtes habitent juste à côté, ce qui est très pratique s’il y a le moindre problème. Nous recommandons chaleureusement cette maison !
