Skiing enthusiast's dream with spectacular views of the White Mountains, Sunday River, Mt. Abram and the Androscoggin River Valley. 15 minutes to Sunday River or downtown Bethel and 20 minutes to Mt Abram. Impressive trail system from your doorstep offering snowmobiling, hiking, and snowshoeing. Built in 2016, this two level home with large master en suite on the main level has open design living room with vaulted ceilings, gas fireplace and kitchen with island and granite counter tops. Lower level with 3 bedrooms, full bath, and additional living area. Outdoor hot tub off lower level.
