Welcome to Sanddollar 6 Beach Townhomes. This beautiful, pet-friendly townhouse sits directly on the white-sand beaches of the emerald cost, providing the ultimate view of the emerald, blue ocean. Imagine stepping from your private terrace onto your own sugar-white beach playground. Our beach is private to the resort, with two sets of beach chairs and umbrellas included with every reservation when available Mar-Oct.

This 3-4 bedroom beach house can be rented as a whole or as two smaller units. Each unit has its own full kitchen, bathroom(s), laundry machines, and decks that overlook the Gulf of Mexico. The house is upgraded with new bath vanities with granite counters and marble sinks. The kitchens offer custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances and quartz counter tops. The spacious decks have rain-proof coverings and are adorned with modern pvc furniture with Sunbrella cushions for your relaxation. All living areas and bedrooms share a private wifi connection and TVs in each room.

The street-level unit is a 1-bedroom apartment offering a queen bed, full kitchen, full bath, living room and sleeper sofa. It has its own deck just off the living room with a private entryway door on both the street and beach sides.

The second and third level of the house make up the larger apartment. The main living level, or second floor, becomes the center gathering place for your group, where the large dining room is perfect for hanging out or mealtimes. The spacious modern kitchen with stainless appliances offers plenty of extras, including a full array of cookware and dinnerware. The open floorplan leads into the living room and main balcony. While lounging and relaxing here, you will discover the blue ocean on the horizon to be a breathtaking sight. The living space with Polynesian decor offers a large Smart TV capable of streaming your favorite shows or movies, while we also offer local cable and wireless internet. A quality sleeper sofa on this level provides a great place for the kids to sleep and play.

The top floor of this beach house offers a master suite and guest bedroom. The beachside master suite adjoins a private beachfront balcony complete with comfortable bar-height chairs. You won't find a more perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or evening sunset. The master bed is king in size and has a magnificent view over the ocean. The suite offers a large Smart TV and private bathroom. The master bathroom is complete with tub-shower combo and separate vanity. The guest bedroom on the third level is street-side. This bed is king-size and you will enjoy the adjacent full bathroom. Each bedroom offers an HD Smart TV for streaming or viewing provided Cable TV.

**Guests must be 25 yrs old to reserve and occupy this property.
**Check-In 4pm Check-Out 10am
**Completed and Signed Rental Agreement must be submitted by email within 24hrs
**Pets: Restricted to 2 dogs of 40 lbs or less, crate-trained dogs only. Pets should be secured in crate at any time it is left alone in the property. Pet fee applies and may be added if not included at the time of reservation.
**There are two designated parking spots for this rental, and they are directly in front of the unit. Guests may only park two small or midsize vehicles onsite. All other vehicles must be parked off site at owner's discretion.
**There is NO SMOKING allowed in this property.
**There is no elevator here, so all parties should be able to navigate stairs. To access the beach, there is a staircase on the beach side of the building.
