Very welcoming to pets. Fantastic property. Kayaks need a refresh. The kayaks onsite have worn out gear and are built for speed, not comfort. As we mentioned to the great management team, some of the 5 kayaks should be replaced with more stable, family-friendly options with new seats, straps, etc.

We did not bring pets, but it was pet friendly. The house was everything it said it was online. It was in very good condition. It was very convenient. We were able to see Manatees going down the Canal. Restaurants were close. We would stay there again.

This was our second stay on the property in a few years. We absolutely love the location, house setup and pet-friendliness. The host is awesome - super-responsive! We were able to see more wildlife this time than ever before, which was awesome for my kids! Dolphins, manatees and otters (watch out! He’s a klepto!) We had a wonderful time staying at this cute house. It was perfect for our family of five and dog. The kids loved swimming and kayaking around the canals as well as our family dog. There are plenty of kayaks, a paddle board and an amazing large yellow mat float that was very relaxing.
