Thank you for your feedback. We're very sorry to hear about the issues you experienced during your stay, including the condition of the queen bed, limited storage space, and the cleanliness concerns upon arrival. That’s certainly not the experience we aim to provide. We appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention, and we’re glad our team was able to respond quickly to the bathtub issue. We’re pleased to hear you enjoyed the location, and we'll be reviewing your comments with our team to improve both the comfort and cleanliness of the unit for future guests. Thank you again for staying with us.

We are glad to hear that you had a great stay with us! We apologize that you did not find our chairs comfortable. Please note that we provide two beach chairs and an umbrella for each rental home, but any additional or specialized items must be brought or purchased by guests upon arrival. We take cleanliness very seriously, and though we do our best to prevent them, our climate can make us susceptible to palmetto bugs. We appreciate your plans to return in January and February of 2025, and are committed to making your next stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.

We are truly thrilled to hear that you chose to stay with us for the third year in a row and that your experience has consistently been enjoyable. We appreciate your kind words about our team's easy and seamless booking process, as well as your satisfaction with the properties we offer. It's delightful to know that the condo's decor and well-stocked kitchen met your expectations and provided your family with the comfort you needed to relax during your stay. Regarding the golf cart, we apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced due to the speed control settings. Your feedback is valuable, and it helps us improve our services. We're thrilled to hear that you're already planning to return next year, and we look forward to hosting you and your family once again!

Thanks for the feedback. We provide all guests with a starter pack of essentials, but each guest has different needs. We do not provide spices or coffee as every person had different preferences. We thank you for choosing our company as your vacation rental partner and would love the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Larry, thank you for your review and feedback. We understand not getting early check-in can be frustrating but we are always working in the units to ensure it is up to standard for our guest and that means we can't always allow early check-in. Our maintenance technician did come at the time of the tv being reported not working, we were unable to find anything wrong with it. Otherwise, we are glad you enjoyed the cleanliness and amenities.

Riding to the restaurants is a favorite past time around here. We're glad you got to enjoy that experience, Tanya! We can't wait to see you again when you decide to come back!
