Perfect Location! Under 8 Mins to the beach. Family & small dog friendly 🐶 home

Stay in this cute rustic decor styled house and live like a true local in St Petersburg, FL. Within driving distance (8 minutes) to beach. The rental comes with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and patio to hang out. Enjoy a nice dinner at one of the many great restaurants nearby.

**The hot water tank has been replaced and upgraded by a plumber.

Please disclose if you are bringing a fur baby, we do have a limit of one small dog. If you are bringing one, we do ask that you please do not leave the dog on the back patio as we have a very quiet neighborhood and don’t want to upset the neighbors with excessive barking. No cats allowed. Dogs must be under 20 pounds. $100 pet fee will be applied.

Non smoking property, $250 fee will be applied.

No loud noise or music playing on patio after 10:00pm.

Please keep in mind the house is located in Florida and you will from time to time encounter wildlife creatures and bugs during certain times of the year. Black garden snakes are common around the neighborhood.

All amenities at house will be out at your time of arrival. If you need extra items or something you need is not available at our house you will need to purchase or bring it along with you on your trip. Toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher tabs, and garbage bags will be left out. However if you do use them all, please note you will need to purchase extra during your stay if you need more. We are available for questions that may arise. We may not be able to respond immediately, but will get back to you as soon as possible. If you do wish to use the washer and dryer, please bring along a detergent of your choice, as we don’t know, personal preference, and or allergies related to some laundry soaps. The dryer does take a little extra time to dry. TVs are smart TVs, you will need to know how to use a smart TV and basic Wi-Fi and log into your own streaming account. No cable provided.

Outside cameras are facing the front entrance and back entrance.

Lovely time

We had such a great time here. We stayed for over a month and the place felt like home. My kids loved walking to the park and feeding the ducks every night.

The perfect getaway!

This little house was so cute and perfect for our needs! It felt like home the moment we walked in.The neighborhood was easy to navigate and pretty quiet. We stayed comfortably with a family of 7. The beds were super comfy! The backyard and covered outdoor space was great for my littles to play, even though we didn't use it much because it was unusually cold for our week stay. Theresa was very accomidating and answered any questions I had. No hidden fees or strict rules that you hear about in other homes. I would 100% recommend to any family looking for a comfortable stay in Florida. The only thing I will say that wasn't too great was the water pressure in the small bathroom was really low, and the pressure in the larger bathroom was very high. Definitely not a deal breaker! Thank you for the great stay!

Cozy well appointed Beach home.

My wife and I, along with our dog, Becker enjoyed our stay in this lovely beach home. The location was good because it was close to Walmart and only a 5 minute drive to Madeira Beach. The house had so many personal touches. The split floor plan was a plus when our grandkids stayed for 3 days. Their bedroom was perfect for them with the twin beds and they loved it! We had four tv’s and the screened-in back porch was the perfect place to play and rest. Becker had a fun time running around in the fenced backyard. We highly recommend staying here.

Amazing Vacation

This property was everything we needed and more, we really enjoyed our stay. The host was a text away and check in/out was super simple. The house was spotless and had everything we needed and so much more to cook, relax, and was close to everything. Beds were comfortable, water pressure fantastic, and we loved the air conditioner in the master bedroom! Plenty of linens and little extras like a first aid kit and toiletries. Walmart, Publix, and many great restaurants right in the neighborhood. (Definitely try The Little Greek and Toby’s Original Little Italy Pizza). The kiddos had plenty of room and loved to play on the patio and catch little anole lizards. Loved that there were some Beach toys/bags to use also! Several awesome beaches within 10-15 minutes. Quiet and safe neighborhood with a pond within walking distance for a late night stroll. Absolutely recommend this VRBO. Very spacious, clean, overall amazing. Felt like home away from home.

Great House for work and play

Teresa’s place is fabulous. We had a great stay and close to everything. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Good internet for working remotely. Five Stars.

Above expectations

This little house is beautiful inside, so well decorated. There was nothing we could have needed that the host didn't already provide, down to the dog bowls and games for the grandkids. She went above and beyond our expectations. The neighborhood is older but very quiet and friendly. We are glad we picked this property.

Great stay!!

We loved the space in back porch to hang out! Everything was so nice and loved layout. Only thing was hot water tank is so small you had to wait 30 mins in between showed abd then you still only had 3 mins of hot water. The owners were so nice!! We really enjoyed our stay!!
