*We are the owners of our units are we are doing management by ourselves. You will never be waiting for our response! We are Superhosts and VRBO Premier Partners for many many years!

*The $55 parking fee for the whole stay for the whole family should be paid at the time of registration directly to the Resort. After the payment, guests will receive parking pass and the armbands. You can also purchase the second parking pass from the Resort for additional $35.

*Tiki bar and grill is available from March 1- October 31

*** Please do not ask for any discounts for stays less than a week. We offer our best prices available. We do not do any type of discounts for stays less than 7 days. Our discount is automatically applied for stays longer than 7 days***


Please be advised, if for any unexpected/emergency/repairs reasons any amenities will not be available during your stay, it is out of owner's control and owner is not responsible for that.
***We are providing STARTING KIT for our guests, which includes paper towel, small bottle of shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap, toilet paper roll - enough for day or two until you get to the store. If you think you will need more stuff, please bring your own or buy it at the nearest store. *Please be advised, this is our own private place, not a hotel. No daily housekeeping, no room service, no concierge service

***Florida has an abundance of naturally appearing wild life. Florida's warm and humid climate creates a breeding ground for many animals and pest insects: lizards, geckos, ants, palmetto bug, mosquitoes, and more and occasionally some insects may fly in when a front door or balcony door are open just like a fly would seeking water or shelter. Although annoying, they provide food for other insects and animals. Please check and be familiar with Florida Wild Life before visiting.

Absolutely beautiful condo with a stunning view just across from the beach! The fresh clean smell was welcoming as we arrived and the amenities of laundry, dish, & dishwasher soap were so appreciated! We enjoyed the beach lounge chairs and umbrella and it was gorgeous! Great Clean Property, Awesome Guest

We had an amazing three-night stay! We absolutely adored the property's location and how close it was to other beautiful beaches like Rosemary Beach. The views from the balcony were breathtaking, and I personally loved having access to the property's gym. Overall, we'd easily give our experience a five-star rating. Plus, my kids were thrilled with the bunk beds, especially with their own individual lights on each bed.

We had a great stay. The condo was clean and looked just like the pictures.

We will definitely stay here again. The beds, including the pull out sofa were comfy. The communication was easy. The beach is a short walk across the street. There is a skywalk on P5 that makes it super easy to not have to cross the street bc people drive CRAZY!! We were close enough to walk to a couple of shops and have ice cream one night. The location is great!

PCB Getaway

This was my first time to PCB and felt our host did a great job of making us feel welcome and comfortable. The condo was clean and had the appropriate necessities for our stay. I enjoyed the balcony with the table and chairs where I could sit to enjoy my morning coffee. The beach chairs were an added bonus we didn’t feel rushed to get down to the beach to reserve a spot.

Beautiful view!!

We were so comfortable in this beautiful, clean and spacious unit (2 people). It was so kind and convenient that there was the perfect amount of dishwashing soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper, trash bags etc. my teen also loved the granola bar/Rice Krispie treat we found upon arrival ;-)! Even though the unit is not beach front the view of the beach, water, sunrise, sunset is just amazing. On our to stay again list!

The Best Vacation!!!

Wow! It was the best vacation for our family! Yuliya's unit was beautifully designed, cleaned, and SO spacious! There were 5 of us and we had plenty of space. The washer and dryer in the unit was a big plus! This condo definitely has a MILLION DOLLAR VIEW! We enjoyed our coffees in the mornings there, and a happy hour cocktail in the evening. The host was very accommodating. She answered all my questions immediately. When you stay here, go to the pool in the second Tower. Almost nobody was there during our stay, lol. We called it a secret pool :) I was a little bit worried about the elevators, but during our stay we never waited for it! We definitely will be back! Again, thank you for everything!
