When you travel ALL day, show up to your rental late evening (that you've never rented before) - all you want to do is unwind, relax, shower and hit the hay in a clean and comfortable space. Oh, we also had 2 young kids in tow. And that's exactly what we did!!! I cannot recommend this place enough. It was a wonderful space and exactly what we needed for our family of 4. Super clean, quaint, cozy, QUIET neighbors/street, beds comfy, all cookware needed and ample coffee (much appreciated by these 2 parents). We chose this place based on reviews so we feel its important to share ours. THANK YOU April, we hope to stay again the next time we're visiting our family.

My husband and I stayed with my sister and brother-in-law. The house was very accommodating four adults. Property is very clean super cute and bonus with laundry on site. Very convenient to walk downtown and enjoy the local parks and shopping. Would definitely stay at this location again very happy.

This is our third visit to April’s property and have to say- whenever we come to Inverness- this will be our location to stay. She is a joy and her neighbors are very welcoming and friendly!

Perfect Location! Just blocks from Liberty Park, Withlacoochie Bike Trail and Downtown!

This is the perfect cottage and location! Love the cottage and decor. It had everything that we wanted and needed. The location is perfect, within just a couple blocks is Liberty Park and the bike trail. Lots of downtown restaurants and bars also within just a couple of blocks. Neighbors were very friendly also. Can't say enough good things about house!

We came to use the Withlacoochee State Bike

This is the perfect location and property for cycling, food, and entertainment. Great small town feel- the property was beyond clean and functional!

Location

Very clean and great neighborhood. Felt very safe when I was by myself. Love that they had two sitting rooms with TVs. My husband and I don’t always watch the same TV shows. Would love to stay there next January

Sweet place...sweet property manager

Just a truly quaint and homey place. We both loved it. I somehow messed up and couldn't get the door open, and the property manager showed up and had it open for us in no time. She was so very considerate to do that. Would definitely stay at this home again. Was just what we needed, and it felt very welcoming from the moment we stepped in.

Didn't stay...

I did not stay. When I got to the property there were some young men walking in the yard. They asked if I was staying there and I told them 'no' and left. I did not feel safe, and really didn't know what to do. I should have called April, but just left the property and stayed with a friend in Leesburg and drove to Inverness everyday for the appointment I had there each evening.

Cozy

This cozy little place was perfect. Quiet neighborhood, close to town and very close to the event we were attending, The Summer Festival at the Citrus Fairgrounds. We were there to see the Elvis Tribute Artist Show. Very clean, adorably decorated. Two sitting rooms with a TV. Front porch for enjoying Coffee or Tea and to enjoy a book. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location

Property was super clean and exactly as listed. We didn’t need a thing. Perfect location to the trail and downtown Inverness. Unlike most VRBOs no signs or rules everywhere which we loved. Would definitely stay again or recommend to anyone.
