Unwind surrounded by nature in this delightfully rustic cottage that includes a variety of amenities that also allows you to relax with some 21st century comforts. You can also kick back outside around the fire pit or lay in the sun on one of the Chaise lounges.

The kitchen comes fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, utensils, a coffeemaker, and a dishwasher.

For fun on the nearby beautiful Little Lake, the property comes with a small fishing boat, two canoes, two kayaks, and a paddle boat (please see safety instructions below).

Nearby attractions:
Withlacoochee Bike Trail - less than a half mile away is the Withlacoochee Bike Trail where you can venture along the 46-mile long path of the Withlacoochee River.

Beautiful Rainbow Springs - a must see and feel - can be reached in 40 minutes. Swimming in the crystal clear water of Florida springs is a chance to cool off and feel invigorated.


Dame and Peace Caves - hiking and cave exploration awaits you fifteen minutes away in the nearby Dame Caves and Peace Caves, an underground adventure off the beaten path.

The Chassahowitzka River Campground is located 30 minutes from the property and offers you the opportunity to go biking, birding, hiking, or salt water fishing. It's a great place to spot manatees and even bald eagles as well! The campground also has a boat ramp. The beautiful 144-mile-long Withlacoochee River is another beautiful locale to feel one with nature.

The county boat ramp is located about .5 miles from the property.

Air boat rides, horseback riding, and miniature golf are also a fun day trip. For an exciting evening, attend the races at the Citrus County Speedway just down the road. Shopping, restaurants, and theaters are within minutes. A local favorite restaurant is Habanero's with some of the best guacamole you'll eat in Florida!

Floral City holds a delightful Strawberry Festival in March, a must-visit time.

Security, Safety, and Rules:

There is a grill on the property. Please be sure to shut the propane valve off. There is a $75 charge against the security deposit when the tank is left open and unavailable for the next guest to use.

There are doggie waste bags provided on property so please clean up after your dog. Dogs 50 lbs or less are permitted. If you dog is over that size, please send a message before booking. Cats are not permitted inside the property.

Smoking is permitted but ONLY outside. Dispose of the cigarettes properly and do not leave butts on the ground.

Please use the trash bags provided and bring all bags to the fence line in the cans provided before leaving.
