My dream for as long as I remember was to find a beach home . After years of searching and saving money, I finally actualized my dream. When I am not working full time at Precision Cast Parts in Portland, I plan on staying at my home between guests. When I retire, my dream is to permanently live in my beautiful beach cottage.

I chose to buy this cottage for it's close proximity to a secluded Oregon beach front. It is only a 10 minute walk from my door to the sand below. At night I leave my windows open so I can feel the ocean breeze and hear the sound of the surf. Additionally it is only a short 10 minute drive to shopping and dining in Nye beach or the Bay front and minutes drive from Yaquina light house marine reserve.

A surprising benefit I didnt realize when I initially purchased the home was the sweet private garden off the deck. There is a particular cultivar of a flower called crocosmia that the hummingbirds visit throughout the day.
