Why they chose this property

The “Village at St. Joseph” offers five renovated homes perfect for families or groups of friends, giving guests the chance to stay close together while still enjoying private spaces. The Village features a variety of accommodations, including a home with a two-bedroom and one-bedroom apartment plus a studio, along with three additional one-bedroom homes. An outdoor commons area brings everyone together to enjoy the scenery and make lasting memories.

Located downtown, the homes are within walking distance of favorite breweries, coffee shops, restaurants, and boutiques. They’re also close to M-Hill and Skyline Recreational Park, great for a quick hike or mountain bike ride. With easy access to Rapid City’s main intersections, I-90, and Mt. Rushmore, the location is hard to beat. You’ll often find me, Jami, around the homes adding personal touches to make guests feel welcome, as well as tending to the landscaping, which I enhance with new beauty each year.
