Hidden Gem in Santa Fe

House was wonderful. Beautiful decor, clean, had everything you could possibly need. Great location. Easy walk to Santa Fe plaza. Right by Canyon Rd galleries, and restaurants. Very convenient. Hosts were very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed.

Beautiful casita!

We've visited Santa Fe countless times and have rented casitas/houses the past several years. This is one of the most comfortable, convenient, well-appointed, and beautiful casitas we've rented. Alexander has thought of everything and was a wonderful host. We'll be back!

Perfect alternative to hotel

My partner and I had originally considered staying in one of the higher end hotels around the plaza. The Garcia St. casita proved to be a great alternative and much better value. The amenities, privacy, and location surpassed anything a hotel could offer. The owner was also very responsive and super easy to work with. We will return the next time we're in Santa Fe!

Exceptional Accommodation

Both Al, and Todd are the perfect hosts. They offer, and so importantly, maintain, a marvelous condo. It is perfection personified. The traveler could not expect more in quality, and privacy. Top that of with reasonable rates and you have found a bit of heaven in Santa Fe.

Perfect oasis for visiting Santa Fe

What a wonderful property! Location is superb, walking distance to the plaza, restaurants and parks. The Hacienda is upscale with high end appliances, foam mattress on the bed, lovely fixtures and decor all around. Even beautiful art adorns the walls! The kitchen is well enough stocked for cooking at home and plenty of firewood for the fireplace. We found our stay very relaxing in this quiet neighborhood. If you are looking for a place to stay in Santa Fe, look no further. This place is the dream!.

Great location, Charming house

This location is definitely walkable for most things you want to do in downtown and Canyon Road. The casita is charming and warm. We spent 4 nights here and wanted for nothing. Exceptionally clean, bathroom is stocked with many little extras (first aid kit, supplies for laundry, etc) as well as the kitchen (basic spices, coffee filters etc). The host greeted us upon arrival, gave us a quick tour and then disappeared. He lives on the property but his house is private and the casita is private from the house. Neighborhood was quiet. Bedroom, bathroom and living areas are all very roomy, closet is very generous and comes with built in drawers, safe and laundry hamper.

Beautiful casita in a great location

The casita was beautiful and we loved how close it was to everything. Very walkable. The casita was nicely decorated. The bathroom was lovely, but we ran out of hot water 1/3 of a full bathtub. The bed sagged in the middle, and while I slept okay, my spouse struggled with it. We mainly rented the casita for the lovely kitchen, which we were excited to use. Sadly, the knives were dull, the teakettle broken, the nonstick pots had all been damaged by high heat. I found for such a lovely kitchen, many of cooking utensils to be on the cheaper side. I would definitely recommend a refresh of things like a silicone spatula, etc. If the above things were corrected, I definitely would have rated this 5 stars.

Perfect location and beautifully appointed and maintained property that is an easy walk to Canyon Rd, the Plaza, great food and a wonderful coffee shop next door. The casita has everything needed, was very clean and well stocked. I will definitely stay again in the future!

Unbelievable Find

I almost don’t want to leave a review since I’m tempted to keep this gem to myself. So many positives I’ll probably miss some. The photos are truly accurate- it’s absolutely charming. Positives: - kitchen is well stocked and fully equipped with everything you may need. - bed is ultra comfy - location is fabulous- just a half block to Canyon Road and a short walk to downtown Santa Fe. We walked in the snow so really anytime it’s walkable. - hosts are amazing. They respond quickly and are so thoughtful. - the wood burning fireplace added a magical touch to our snowy night - parking is right in front of the unit - unit is very private despite being close to the main house Only note would be it’s not a king size bed but really who cares- comfortable and cozy! We will be back Highly recommend booking

Centrally located.

Wonderfully designed and laid out one bedroom house set behind a larger house belonging to the owner. Santa Fe can't be beat and this cottage has it all. Its a short walk to the best lattes and newspapers every morning, We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Attention to detail

This is a wonderful property in a good location. The owners have provided a cozy, tasteful environment, with provisions to meet every need. TV, cooking utensils, high end appliances, shampoos, soaps, towels, sheets, etc. A great place to stay.
