In the commune of Bernières-sur-Mer, we offer this charming 25 m² studio apartment with sea view, approx. 100 m from the beach, which can accommodate up to 3 guests. Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator) and fully renovated, it comprises a lovely 21 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a shower room and a 200 m² garden. Wi-Fi (fiber optics) included, we're waiting for you! The studio is very bright, light and airy, so you'll discover a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The apartment is composed as follows
- A 21 m² living room with TV, a double bed (140×190) and a 1-seater fold-out sofa.
- A fully-equipped kitchen, including electric kettle, coffee maker, microwave oven, toaster, hob...
- Dining area with table and chairs
- A shower room equipped with VMC with shower, bathroom sink and WC

Exterior:
- A 200 m² south-facing, enclosed garden with greenery is the ideal place to enjoy the outdoors in peace and quiet. The garden is shared with the condominiums and features a table and 4 chairs for enjoying the sunny days.

The apartment is ideally located in Bernières-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from being close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
Water sports and seaside activities (walking, fishing on foot...), sailing club, port at Courseulles/mer, visits related to the D-Day landings, numerous monuments and museums in Bernières and neighboring towns.

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you'll be able to park in parking lots close to the studio.
