"The Hut" Cozy Cabin in Warriors Mark Neighborhood on Shuttle Bus Route

Our home is located on the south end of Breckenridge in the Warriors Mark neighborhood. We call our home "The Hut" because the exterior is shaped like the old Pizza Hut buildings. The home is painted gold and we call it our golden nugget as it is our little piece of paradise in the beautiful town of Breckenridge. If you are looking for a home with lots of character and a cozy place to relax, unwind and enjoy your time in the mountains, this is the place for you. The Hut is .6 miles from Breckenridge Ski Resort and .9 miles from Downtown Breckenridge. Catching the free shuttle to the slopes and downtown is a breeze with the shuttle stop just a short walk away.

There are two bedrooms on the main level (Master with a bath and 2nd bedroom with a shared bath) with a loft area on the second level. The master bedroom has a king bed, dresser, sitting chair and a flat screen TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, bedside table, sitting chair and a fun, retro Vail light fixture.
The loft area has three twin beds, small dressers and a sitting chair.

In the living area, there is a projector attached to a snowboard on the ceiling with a pull down movie screen for fun movie nights with the family sitting around the wood-burning fireplace.

The kitchen has lots of storage. There is a dishwasher, oven, microwave and refrigerator (ice maker is in the bottom drawer) and a pantry. The kitchen is stocked with cookware, glasses, dishes, utensils and small appliances.

There is plenty of parking in the driveway in front of the house for several vehicles to park, (we've had 6 vehicles parked in the driveway, but had to get creative), which is a plus.

We have a Ring camera for security of our home at the front door.

Skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, biking, hiking, fishing, horseback riding, shopping, dining, concerts, and nightlife. Breckenridge has it all!
