Charlotte (pronounced shar-lot) is an amazing place filled with great restaurants, activities, desserts and most of all the LAKE! You're a short drive to the city to experience all the great things Rochester has to offer. Or head down the lake to hiking and bird watching spots that will have views for days.

Charlotte neighborhood enjoy the best of all possible worlds -- a scenic resort village situated inside a world-class city. A very active and cohesive Neighborhood Association completes the small-town feel. In summer, locals and visitors flock to Ontario Park Beach, music concerts and special events like the Rochester Harbor and Carousel Festival. Each winter, the Lakeside Winter celebration draws hundreds to the "Chilly, Chili Challenge" and "Polar Plunge."

As a guest, you can enjoy access to the entire house (except for the cleaner’s closet), including the spacious backyard, free WiFi, flat-screen TVs, a full kitchen, and a washer and dryer.

The two well-appointed bedrooms are located upstairs and are perfect for relaxing after a wonderful day at the beach. The master bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed and a dresser to unpack all your clothes.

The second bedroom also has a queen-sized bed and large windows with plenty of natural light. All of the beds feature plush pillow-top mattresses to ensure a sound night’s sleep for each member of your group.

There is one full bathroom, with a full size tub/shower combo. You’ll find a hairdryer and tasteful decor in the bathroom. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided, but bring your own if you’d like.

On the main floor, you’ll find a large kitchen, an elegant lounge, and a dining table, creating the ultimate hang-out space for your group.

Make a delicious feast in the modern yet charming kitchen. You’ll find everything you’ll need to craft a tasty meal, including an oven, a stove, a dishwasher, and a full-size fridge and freezer.

Spill something on your clothes? You’ll find an in-suite washer and dryer in this space. Paper towels, coffee, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, a sponge, dish soap, hand soap, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and garbage bags are all provided for your convenience! In the morning, enjoy a hot cup of coffee on the porch or take a walk down the hidden sidewalk along the lake!

The central air-conditioner cools the house as you can all relax with plenty of seating, including a double reclining couch. Sign in to an app on the Smart TV and keep up with all your favorite shows while on vacation or play some games from the collection.

The kitchen is well stocked with all the utensils that you need to cook a good meal. On the main floor, you will find the kitchen, living room and dinning room. All bedrooms are on the upper level of the house. As a guest you enjoy access to much of what the Charlotte community has to offer, including sandy beachfront (1 mile down the rd) basketball courts, tennis courts, grills, and plenty of open air space.

Everything is a short drive or Uber/Lyft ride away. The Beach is 1 mile along the beautiful Lake Ontario sidewalks.

There is an electronic keypad for entry to the right of the front door in the breezeway.

There is NO PETS allowed at this property.

Please do not access the beach from anyones personal stairs along the sidewalk.

A Grill/ tank is provided, but we do not supply supply propane. There are local places to fill if needed, the closest place would be Herrema's Market place at 111 Pattonwood Dr, Rochester, NY

There are Cameras on the exterior of the home, there are no parties/events allowed at this property outside of your designated guest. **Cameras are only on the entryway and driveway and no cameras are in the home's interior.**
