Old East Hill Hideaway

Lovely sunlit one bedroom, one bath unit in a house built in 1885. The house has been turned into a quadraplex, and unit is completely separate and private. It is and located in Old East Hill, right next to downtown. It has 11 foot wood ceilings, wood floor and mantel in Great Room. There are lots of windows in the living area and bedroom. The bedroom has a full bed and a small closet. There is a claw foot tub with shower rod. There is a kitchen with refrigerator, small gas stove, microwave, sink, and coffee maker. There is a washer and dryer in the unit.

The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful to walk around. There are several wonderful restaurants in Old East Hill including Hot Spot BBQ and End of the Line. Downtown is within walking distance. Bay Center is within walking distance as Maria's Seafood and Krispy Kreme are nearby. There is free on-street parking.
