Everything about this house is great. I lived in Pensacola for 2 years and this is prime location. The neighborhood is awesome. Walking distance from downtown and a 15 minute drive to the beach. Stocked kitchen, great backyard deck.Way more things to do around here than if you opt to just stay on the beach. The host is very responsive as well. Would book again.

The home was perfect. It was bigger than the pictures. Perfect location quiet but so close to everything downtown. Also very easy to get over to the beach. I loved sitting on the front porch with my coffee in the morning.

This is a fabulous property. Clean and spacious and plenty of room to spread out. We enjoyed the comfortable beds and the large kitchen. The front porch and back deck were great additions to the space. The host was accessible and even brought umbrellas when it rained. Close to everything downtown. Will definitely stay again!

Very pleased with clean spacious accommodations in lovely historic Pensacola . Easy access to the many things we love . Three block walk to the bay . Restaurants & Seville Quarter all within a short walk of property 8-12 blocks . Navarre beach and Perdido Key about a 30 minute drive to beautiful gulf coast beaches . We recommend the property & would stay here again .
