Cruising the Coast & Festival/Holiday Weekends

We can only provide 2 parking permits per unit - strictly enforced. No trailers, RV's, over-sized vehicles that can't fit in a normal sized parking space.

For Cruising the Coast we have additional over-flow parking available next door which can be reserved in advance.

‱ Max occupancy of 9 is for all ages including children and infants (strictly enforced).

‱ Parking passes are for regular sized vehicles only; we can not accommodate over sized vehicles or trailers at this time, up to 2 permits.

‱ After you have a confirmed booking, we will need you to electronically sign a rental agreement and required HOA docs. We also require a copy of driver's license..

‱ Cable TV is not available in the building. All TVs are smart or have Roku devices and antenna are provided for local broadcast; streaming passwords are not.

‱ Surveillance cameras are present in al common areas of the building not limited to the lobby, breezeways, elevators, gym, pools, parking lot, etc.

I’ve rented a lot of beach properties in multiple states but this one by far is the best!! The gulf can be viewed from every window in living and dining as well as two of the bedrooms! The master has a walk out to the balcony. When inside it appears as if the condo is floating on the water. Large kitchen, laundry room, and generous sized closets. The condo is very quiet, slept better than I have in months. 5-8 minutes from most Gulfport attractions. Would rent again over any other property!

We had a very pleasant stay in this lovely condo. It was clean and comfortable and sitting on the balcony with friends was an extra bonus. All communications with management regarding any issues we had were resolved immediately. They were very helpful. We will definately return.

Friends long weekend

This was great for our 3 couples. We had our own bedroom and attached bathroom. View of the gulf was wonderful each morning as we drank our coffee on the balcony. We had a great time and highly recommend this place!!

Thanksgiving

Isaac was great to work with from start to finish. The condo suited our needs perfectly. We were able to fix Thanksgiving dinner and had everything we needed. It is in a great location and we loved it I had 24 hours security. The view from the balcony would make it worth the stay alone. We had a great stay and would definitely stay there again.

Family Memorial Trip

Condo was nice, clean, roomy and met our needs. Our parents visited Biloxi 4-5 times a year. It was a favorite travel destination. Our father passed last year, we celebrated his life with our mom doing their favorite activities of visiting all the casino's. We had a memorable trip and enjoyed our stay.
