Place was excellent. Highly recommend. Very spacious for a 1 bedroom. Full kitchen. Close to beautiful carbon beach. Easy to park. Good communication with host. Would stay at again.

Check in was not smooth, and when I reached out to host he directed me to support but support said it was up to host to send information. It showed a lack of communication and clarity. The host was amazing and helped so much even though it was not clear.

When you arrived early with your parents, our housekeeper was just finishing up and saw you parking and had your hands full, so we thought it best to leave the door open so you wouldn't have to deal with the lock. That said, we were also mid-transition to a new smart lock system and your automated code hadn't fired yet, so I understand the check-in felt unclear without that context. We love going the extra mile for our guests and will make sure the communication is tighter next time. Hope to welcome you and your family back soon!
