Beautiful screened in heated saltwater pool that is 15'X30' and features unique stones and aesthetics. Lots of trees & foliage surround this home. Barbecue on the dock, and enjoy fishing Snook, Redfish, Jackfish, Catfish - in the salt water canal Play corn hole in the separate fenced-in large yard off the side of the home. Only Minutes by boat to open waters. Close to downtown Cape Coral restaurants, stores and entertainment. Near Cape Coral Yacht club. Ft Myers Beach and Sanibel Island are 30 to 40 minutes away by car.
