• Pet-friendly with prior approval from 6 Star Management: 1 dog or possibly 2 small dogs permitted; $125 one-time pet fee applies
• Please provide your pet’s breed, age, and housebroken status if you'd like to bring your dog
• House Rules: No pets on furniture or beds. Dogs must be kenneled if left alone in the home.

This nice little place right on the lake was perfect for our getaway. Patio with a grill, dock with floaties and a ladder and quiet community! The owners were great to work with and communicated with us prior to our arrival. I would stay here again!

Cute and cozy quiet spot

Had a wonderful time. The house has a great dock where kids can jump off from and swim. Nice clean grill too. Very quiet location with not a lot of thru traffic, so if your goal is to be in a busy area with lots of boat-watching, you might want a different area. The views are great from the house, the water is calm due to low water traffic, but the little road to get you down to the house and back up is somewhat riddled with potholes and is very steep. Location is 0.5 mile (pretty physical!) walk to the little downtown area where there is food, candy, and entertainment. The house itself is a little outdated and appears that the wooden flooring is settling so sits at a slight slope, so the door to the master bedroom never closed entirely, which was annoying because my husband had to take a few early morning calls from the dining table which was right out front of the master BR. The floors are also very squeaky and noisy, so sleeping in was tough especially with 2 younger kids who get up early and want to run around. But overall we had a great stay and I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay close to mile marker 1 and Bagnell Dam!

Lake Trip

The property was very clean and amazing great location for what we had planned! The property had everything you could ask for plenty of towels and kitchen utensils and also lots of seating outside on the several decks that were offered ! The dock was great for swimming and I’m sure great fishing also but we didn’t go to fish ! Overall we would definitely recommend going we are already planning for next year !!!

Long weekend getaway

We really enjoyed this property! Everything was as stated in the listing. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The multiple outdoor areas were so nice to sit and enjoy the lake. It was too cold to get in the water, but the dock would work great for that purpose with a nice ladder that could be used to get into and out of the water. This location is close to the Bagnell Dam area as well.

Excellent accommodations

Property was easy to find and the property was well maintained and very comfortable.I will book this again since I went off season so the weather didn’t cooperate and rained. Beautiful property with plenty of outdoor space and well maintained dock for fishing or swimming.

Spring golf trip

Property worked out perfect for us. 10 minutes from several nice golf courses and restaurants. We liked the off season feel of lake Ozark. I'm not sure I'd like primetime summer.... probably way too busy for us! But if that's what you like....

Relaxing, Clean Property

My girlfriend and I stayed here with our dog for 4 days and had a great experience. Property was clean, the host was extremely helpful and responsive, and the neighborhood was quiet. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing lake house!

Not truly pet friendly.

The property was on the water and within walking distance to the Bagnell dam strip which was nice however the property management company was extremely nit picky. We have been renting from vacation rental sites for 10+ years and I have never had any trouble. This listing states it’s pet friendly so we booked it only to then be notified there was an additional non refundable pet fee on top of the original listing fees that were charged at booking. This has been included in the description now only because I brought it to their attention that not disclosing the extra fees prior to booking seemed unfair. Then on top of that you are also required to purchase additional damage protection for an additional fee that’s not included in the quoted price during booking. The contract they have you sign is very detailed and the fines they have listed for breaking any of the many rules are unreasonably high. A $500 dollar a day fine for breaking one of the many rules. After leaving the property in the exact conditions (if not better) we found it with the exception of washing the linens. I was notified that they wanted to change an additional cleaning fee for pet hair on one of the bed linens. Not worth the headache. Not to mention there is hardly any parking and no yard front or back. We won’t be back and don’t recommend this property for the above reasons…. Had the management company been more reasonable it wasn’t a bad little spot.

KC to LO Relaxing Holiday getaway!

Everything was to our liking and as lovely as we expected! We just couldn't find any washcloths except for just one white one! The view and accommodations were well cared for like a family home should be. This nes listening find was a blessing! Thank you to the owners and to 6-Star Management for helping make outmr visit so splendid!

Nice and cozy

Nice location by Bagnell Dam strip. The view of the lake at 1 MM was beautiful. House was older but clean. A couple different levels of floors, so you have to be careful. Have to step up into main bath.We saw many deer walking between house and lake. Overall a nice place to stay.
