This home features: Bedroom 1: King Bed with Ensuite Bath (upper level) | Bedroom 2: King Bed (upper level) | Bedroom 3: Queen Bed (upper level) | Plus Queen Sleeper Sofa | Sleeps 8

OUTDOOR LIVING: Covered front patio with lounge furniture and string lights.

INDOOR LIVING: 55” Roku Smart TV, dining table with seating for 7, board games, record player

KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, kitchen island with seating for 3, dishwasher, microwave, cooking essentials, dishware and flatware, spices, and complimentary coffee, creamer, tea, and sweetener.

BATHROOMS: Main floor half bathroom. We always include hair dryers, soap, shampoo and conditioner for every guest stay.

GENERAL: High-speed WiFi, washer/dryer, linens/towels, keyless entry, heating, air conditioning, complimentary toiletries, iron/board and cleaning essentials.

PARKING: Two-car garage with additional street parking available

We loved this house! The neighborhood was great, very clean and family friendly. It was a super convenient location, easy to get to and from. I appreciated the garage, and the rooms were well appointed and comfortable. Stacy was very attentive and friendly and we truly enjoyed our stay.

Great spot that looked just like the photos. Clean and spacious for our weekend away. In a great location 20 minutes from Horsetooth Reservoir and 15 minutes from Old Town. The extremely spacious garage came in so handy for all our bikes, climbing, and water sport gear plus two cars. Host was extremely communicative, kitchen was well stocked. Would stay here again!

Nice location, peaceful and quiet

We loved that this place was only a short drive to downtown Ft. Collins and the CSU campus. The beds were wonderfully comfortable.

Kitchen was great, but liquid ( shelf stable) creamers would have been a bonus. Also a few tea options would be great too, for the non-coffee drinkers.

Blissful stay

My family and I enjoyed our stay a lot! The location was great, property was well maintained and equipped, and the host team did an excellent job communicating. Great location for a family to stay and very child friendly home. I would highly recommend staying here.

Visiting family

We stayed here while visiting my son who recently moved to Fort Collins. Nice home, great neighborhood, close to many breweries and Old Town. Management was excellent, no issues, clear instructions for check in and check out.

Thanksgiving stay for a family

Great location that made a Thanksgiving family trip to Fort Collins easy! Close to downtown with a simple check-in process. Rooms were comfortable and we were able to cook a few meals in the kitchen. Everything was clean and the host provided lots of helpful instructions.

Annual Family Vacation

Perfect for our weekend to visit CSU student

This is a great property, very comfortable, convenient. We ate most meals out of the house, but the space, beds and bathrooms all more than met our needs.

You had all we needed for our stay. Our family was able to visit us for meals and playing the board games you provided with open room and kitchen. Only thing was main bedroom with bathroom has the low bed which our back and knees’ health made us both have trouble getting in and out of (66 and 61 yo). We made use of sleeping in another bedroom which was great. Thanks so much!
