Great location for us because was close to fun Mt. Biking, “walk to town” is a bit of a stretch, would be a fairly long walk for most. We liked be out of town center though so was great. Place needs updates, but was reasonably clean. Company was easy to work with and responded to questions quickly.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback! We’re glad the location worked well for your mountain biking adventures and that you enjoyed being just outside the busier town center. We also appreciate your comments about the home and its condition and will be sure to share that feedback with the appropriate team. We’re happy to hear our team was responsive and easy to work with. Thank you again for staying with us!

Upstairs sink and shower drain slowly. Would be useful for some to know it is a second floor setting.

Calvin, Thank you for your recent review! We have submitted a work order to have that upstairs sink and shower drain addressed as soon as the property is vacant next. You are correct this is an upstairs unit and we stive to make that clear in the description details. We will review this information to make sure that it is accurate. Most units at Ferringway require stairs to access and this is important information for guests to note. Your feedback is invaluable and we are honored to call you our guests. We look forward to hosting you in the future for a perfect stay next time with a repeat guest discount. All the best, -Holly

The inside of the property was very clean and comfortable. The outside was kind of a mess, but not the hosts fault. The sheets and towels were nice, and the condo seems well taken care of. My only complaint is that the AC units are so loud, it made it challenging to sleep. Thank you!

Thank you for staying with us, and for completing a review! We were happy to host you and your group. We are so glad to hear that you had an amazing stay, and that you found the home very clean and comfortable. The window AC units can be more noisy than central AC, but that usually creates a nice background white noise for most guests. We had maintenance look at them to make sure they are working properly. We look forward to having you stay with Vacation Rental Collective again in the future!
