Enjoy our canal front home with southern exposure providing sun all day long on the lanai enclosed pool and dock. The house has a free flowing floor plan with the living areas opening into the pool area and screened lanai with wide access from the den and living rooms. The heated pool has a covered eating area and direct access to the wide dock area for sunbathing or lounging under the palm tree. The den, living room, master bedroom and guest bed room all have LCD flat screen TVs. The twin bedroom has two trundle beds. Both baths are updated with marble tile. Wireless internet service is available.

Located in the quiet Lamplighter district of Marco Island, our home is a short bike ride from the beach or a 10 minute boat ride to the gulf with fishing right off of the dock. All of the essentials are included; beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, top linens, 5 bikes and fishing rods, etc. *No cats please. Small Dogs are permitted. There is a ping pong table for family fun adn two sit on fishing kayaks for your use. We use a professional property manager on Marco who accepts credit cards. About The Owner

Our family of 5 loves the water and Marco Island could not be a better place to enjoy it. People consider Marco to be the Hawaii of the mainland and it has consistently been rated as a top island vacation spot. The climate is wonderful and between the beautiful white sand beach, our pool and being able to jump on the boat and go we consider this our little piece of paradise. If we could use the house more we would but we busy raising our children and hope this home will be place we gather for years to come.

Why The Owner chose Marco Island

After visiting a friend on Marco, we had such a good time and really enjoyed everything that Marco Island offered that we choose to buy a house on the water. It has been our little piece of paradise with easy access from the Fort Myers International Airport, the beautiful beaches, the great climate and a whole host of things to do. But it also a great place to just relax and read a book by the pool or on the dock.

What makes this house unique

The year round climate, being on the water, swimming in the pool, the fishing from the dock, the beautiful beach, the night life and restaurants. What more can we say!

Marco Island Vacation 2018

First vacation to Marco Island was a success! The home had everything we needed for our stay. The kids had fun Kayaking in the canal, fishing off the dock and swimming in the pool. South Beach is a short bike ride away. The house had a beach cart that we used to transport our cooler, beach chairs and boogey boards with. I would recommend this rental!

The photos of this property are very deceiving. The home itself is a disappointment , it has a well used look to it. It is not well cleaned or well stocked. The mattress on the king bed is broken so there is a hump in the middle of the bed. We had the pleasure of experiencing a cockroach. 2 of the TV’s have issues. Last but not least the Lanai is not secured around or under the doors , so much to our surprise we were visited by a nice long black snake but because there is a hole in the foundation on the east side of the house that is big enough for a small dog to go through, no wonder !

For the positives , Ping Pong table in garage is awesome, dock was great. This rental is a one time stay only!!!!!

Owner's Response: We apologize that our house was not up to your expectations. We wish you had brought your concerns to our attention right away and we could havehad the opportunity to address them. While we live up North, we have a property manager on location to address any issues promptly. Photos of the house were taken professionally in the fall of 2016 and we have not changed anything except improving and updating the landscaping. Now that we can add more photos to our listing, we will update these. The house is supplied with toilet paper in each bathroom, paper towels, and soap. While we have tried to leave inventory at the house of these items and others such as laundry detergent, guests take them and do not leave them for future guests. The master bed has a high quality brand name pillow top mattress and is not broken. A memory foam topper has been added for additional comfort. Many guests really like it, but if you do not, it is easy to remove. We have a pest control contract who visit the house monthly and as needed. We will be following up with them and our cleaning crew as well as addressing any gaps in the lanai to keep unwelcome visitors out of the pool area. Thank you for bringing to our attention the hole near the foundation on the outside of the house. We recently had work completed underneath the slab under the bathroom and the fill must be still settling. I will be there tomorrow for the weekend and it will be addressed.
