The house was great. Big enough for 15 people. Having our own bathrooms was a huge plus. Great location….we had the best week.

The house exceeded our expectations from the pictures on Vrbo. The location was great, awesome access to the beach and surrounding amenities. Plenty of parking, which is a huge positive for accommodating the 14 people we had in our group. The elevator was a little tricky but serviceable when needed. We loved the kitchen and amount of seating in the kitchen/dining room. The pool and yard was great for the kids when they needed a break from the beach, it was a hot week. The bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our group. The only negative was the grill wasn’t in great shape, not cleaned before we got there and wasn’t in the best of shape. That didn’t discourage us, wish we could’ve used it. Other than that, we absolutely loved it.

Awesome Views

House was in a great location with a quick walk to the beach. House so was big and roomy. All the stairs can wear you out so be warned and the elevator was out of order. Could of been cleaner but we didn't let that spoil our time! Refrigerator on each floor was so handy too!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We held a family reunion here and we were very happy. Despite a couple of 'snafus', elevator didn't work at first, dish washer was broken and several of the chairs were broken; the maintenance crew was very responsive to our needs. House was clean and just as described. Wonderful location and we will be coming again!

Great location!

The property was well appointed with each bedroom having its own bathroom. There was plenty of room for everyone in our group. Beach access was across the street. The kitchen (third floor) had pretty much everything we needed (except a blender and working can opener). Another refrigerator came in handy on the second floor. Lots of chairs on the front a back porch. Even though the weather did not cooperate we had a wonderful time. I would definitely stay there again.

Proximity to pier was a plus for teens and the pool was a hit with everyone. Overall a great house. It wasn’t as clean as it should have been and some of the furniture needs replacement. However, these issues didn’t keep us from enjoying our stay. The house was spacious and the elevator an added bonus!
