Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment, close to Canandaigua lake

We welcome you to spend your vacation at our spacious & fully furnished attached apartment. Peaceful location in our long black top driveway, park for free right outside your entry door.
Inside you will find a beautiful kitchen with an island/ dining area. Just beyond that is a spacious livingroom to lounge in.
The master bedroom contains a king bed, a large closet, and a master bathroom.
The 2nd bedroom hosts a queen bed, a set of bunk beds and also has an attached bathroom.
Wander outside and enjoy your morning coffee on the patio furnished with a 2 lounge chairs or grill dinner on the propane grill. Within a couple minutes drive you can explore the beautiful shores of Canandaigua lake, or a night out to CMAC. Lots of fine dining and shopping close by.

This is an attached apartment, its attached to our main living quarters although there is no shared space. There is a laundry (not available to guest) and bathroom separating the 2 spaces and acts as a sound buffering space.. However since we live here and go about our daily living you may hear our vehicle coming and going or some noise occasionally. Please consider that before booking.

What a tremendous property! Incredibly clean, everything we needed was provided and more! The beds were VERY comfortable and a great location. Highly recommend!

This was the most darling place! Very clean, comfortably decorated, with a gracious supply of amenities. The kitchen is well-stocked with utensils & cookware - everything you need. The bathrooms had an abundance of clean, fluffy towels. Beds are super comfy and linens were very cozy. I’d give it 10 stars if I could. Do not hesitate to book this place! It’s perfect! (And close to town!)

I would highly recommend this unit for a family or friend vacation. Very nice. The owner has a lot of small touches that make the experience that much nicer. Would definitely book again.

Accommodating and cozy!

The apartment was clean and very inviting! It was stocked with everything you need and then some! There were even snacks provided! The host made us feel welcome and was easy to communicate with.

Wonderful Immaculate and beautifully decorated 2 bedroom house. Beautiful setting and wonderful host! Water and snacks a plus! Miss a living room Tv but didn’t have much time to watch anyway.

What a great rental!!! So beautiful and updated! The most comfortable bed ever!! The towels and sheets were amazing. The kitchen has everything you could want and so so clean!!! The location was great! The Hosts were amazing so helpful. We will be back!!!

The house is set on a beautiful property in a country setting. The house was immaculately clean. Special amenities were a pleasant surprise. Linens were lovely and comfortable. The host made us feel welcome and we had great communication. It was Situated an equal distance between Seneca and Canandaigua Lakes. We would stay again when visiting this area of New York.

Lovely Getaway.

Accomodation is large well maintained, tastefully decorated with good color co-ordinates. Very serene atmosphere. Kitchen appliances, counter top appliances, cooking utensils etc. good brands well maintained. Welcome snacks, etc provided a good gesture. Driving time is approx 10 mins be it Church, restaurants, lake etc. PS. Women will be happy , five different types of shampoo !!! Would recomend at drop of a hat, would definately stay again. All that we needed.

Kristen was unbelievable, she was very easy to communicate with and constantly checked in to see if we needed everything. The pictures don’t do justice (in a good way). The house was cozy and looks much bigger in person. The house was clean on arrival and was equipped with what we needed to get by for a weekend getaway. The apartment was private and didn’t interfere with the host who lives on the other side. I have no complaints at all. The beds were comfortable and made for a perfect nights sleep. Would definitely rent again when I’m in the area

A lovely apartment with great hosts

The apartment is exactly what you see on the site and so much more. Our hosts Kristina and Andrew made sure we had everything we needed. We did not arrive till midnight but Kristina came to introduce herself and to welcome us the following morning. Kristina is a lovely young woman, bright and cheerful, and her spirit is reflected in the care and pride she takes in the rental space. The beds were comfortable and the apt. is as bright and cheerful as the hostess. It is also spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated with a very comforting and home-like atmosphere. Naturally scented soaps, shampoos and cleansers were provided. The location is great. It is in a quiet area a little off the beaten track but, aside from Corning, only about 30 minutes from everything we wanted to see and do. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Thoughtful and charming country apartment

My family of 5 spent a few nights at Kristina’s apartment, which exceeded our expectations. The space is decorated beautifully and is in a quaint country setting that’s just a few minutes from the town of Canandaigua and CMAC. There were many details throughout the apartment that made it feel very welcoming and homey. We felt our privacy was respected and it was charming that a family member waived at us as we were getting into our car one afternoon. Kristina said there were many great restaurant options in town and she was absolutely correct! We enjoyed our visit and would definitely stay here again when back in town!
