Fantastic place to stay!! The location is amazing. The house is beautiful, clean, super comfortable and well-stocked. The neighborhood is awesome. The owners are great hosts! And…..The Red Rock Salsa is to die for!!!
This home is conveniently close to town and Lee was super accommodating with our needs, delivering firewood as well as extra laundry detergent on the first day. The beds/pillows were excellent, with incredible 800 ct sheets. A good sleep environment is #1 for us, so we loved it. Full garage use & this cozy home offered all that we needed as well as a great residential walk area for our 2 dogs for our week of hikes/museums etc. Nice stay!
We were happy with everything, it was what it advertised to be. Loved being able to walk the neighborhood. I would suggest a chair in the front room, so six can seat. The carpet does need a good cleaning.
This large single story home was a great place for us to stay for our son's college graduation. Kitchen is well equipped, and there are three tables to spread out when having meals with family or graduation guests. Having access to the two-car garage left plenty of room in the spacious driveway. Wide open floor plan and only one step up into the house makes it convenient and welcoming for those with low mobility. Furniture is clean and comfy, bedrooms are nice, and the master bathroom step-in shower is great.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
The house itself was very nice, but it was disapointing that there was no microwave! Also, we were told that there was a dog run. Not only was there no dog run, but there wasn 't even a Fenced yard!! We always had to put them on leashes outdoord, This was vrry inconvenient!! We didn't like being misled!

I’m glad you liked the house, but your other comments are inaccurate. Our oven is an excellent oven/microwave combo. If you had called during your stay, I would have helped clear that up.
As for the dog run/fenced yard - we do not have either. We did not, have not, nor would not promise it. Also, all three pictures of our back patio clearly show it being open to the street, with no fence. You reserved our property without any questions, and this topic was never discussed. Please don’t lie when the mistake was yours.
Spent 10 days in Prescott visiting my son. It’s a nice clean house in a convenient location. The check in was easy and the host was very friendly and responsive. I would definitely stay there again.
Great location.
Super clean. Newly remodeled.
Saw a lot of deer in the yard.

Your comments are much appreciated Linda. Thanks for being great guests. We have found the house gets frequent visits from the neighborhood deer. So glad you go to see them. Look forward to having you back. Lee & Karen
This home was perfect for our family, with three bedrooms, all with queen beds. Owner provided everything we needed in the kitchen, as well as the rest of the house. Large garage to park two cars was appreciated. House is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood, lots of trees and the deer wandering in to feed in the morning. The owner was friendly and available for our questions. All in all, we enjoyed our stay, no complaints and will return next time we're in the area.
The property was great. The home is on a nice sized corner lot with space to enjoy the beautiful weather. The entire house was very clean and well appointed. Kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room had everything you could need, and a garage to park in was a bonus. Great location, close to downtown and a beautiful, safe neighborhood. Hosts were easy to work with and we will definitely be back!

Sincere thanks for a great review, and we'll look forward to seeing you next time. Lee & Karen
I very much enjoyed my week at this home in February. It is in the tall pines and a mile or so from the downtown courthouse square and I walked there almost every day. Lots of nice shops and restaurants and a pretty historic neighborhood walk to and fro. Home was comfortable, spacious and clean. Owners were very responsive and communicative. Highly recommend!
We loved our stay at the copper basin home. Close to the grocery store for the necessities and the morning Starbucks run. Just a few minutes to downtown made it super convenient to spending time downtown. I loved the neighborhood, and having coffee on the back patio was beautiful and serene. The home was comfortable for our family of 5 and we would stay here again. Very clean home and all the necessities were provided.

Such a review requires a thorough evaluation and response.
* Toaster works fine - temp setting was turned all the way up likely causing toast to burn before poping up.
* Grill was clean - fire was likely due to excess fat from your meal.
* Towel rack did fall off. Has only happened 1 other time in 3 years. Our apologies.
*Mbr bath door does close, but was not latching. A small adjustment fixed it.
* No Blankets - During SUMMER we usually only place Duvet covers.
* Screen door locking - we have never received that feedback before, and testing did not repeat the problem.
* Offensive smell - You mentioned your extreme sensitivity to smell - we have never received that feedback before.
* Mbr Door - tested, and no noticeable problem - we have never received that feedback before.
* Ant infestation in kitchen - we received feedback of some ants in kitchen 1 month prior. Property was professionally treated. Owner & Cleaner observed no ants after treatment, before your stay, OR AFTER your stay. Following client stayed 2 weeks, made no comment, and gave glowing review.
In Summary: your experience would have been greatly improved if you had reached out to us with these issues DURING your stay instead of sharing all of this AFTER checking out. Please communicate with future Property Managers so they can help insure your visit is successful. Also, 1 or 2 complimentary comments might be nice as well, like most of our 20 clients who gave us 10/10.
We spent spring break at the house, it gave my son and his friends extra space to spread out and relax. He used the fireplace nightly. The beds were very comfortable and the house was well equipped. The boys loved the reclining couch/chair. The grill was well-used during our visit. The house was very clean, though the carpets are ready for a deep clean. The host was very responsive and friendly. The house is well-located for access to the town square, but it was a tad too long for our daily travels back and forth to the ERAU campus. Use of the garage was nice to have. This is a solid house for your stay, you will not be disappointed. (The review asks me to rate the lakefront experience, but this is not a lakefront property (??). I marked it as one-star bc it is not applicable).
Let me start off by staying the host are phenomenal. They were there for us from the start to the finished. The kitchen is equipped with everything that you need, three bedroom and two bathrooms is all we need to feel at home. This play has everything you need and not to mention the decors. It’s close to everything: the Hospital, downtown, Prescott valley, and the mall. We saw Deer 🦌almost everyday.
If we ever visit Prescott we definitely know where we will be staying.
Great spacious home in a quite neighborhood. Lee called to check on us upon arrival gave us ideas for the prescott events. Would definitely recommend this home
