Welcome to your exclusive Las Vegas Vacation Home with your own private oasis pool! Beautifully renovated, convenient central location with ample parking space in central Las Vegas neighborhood of Spring Valley 15 min from the Harry Reid airport, just down the street from Chinatown, and of course, quick entry (7 min drive) to the world renowned and famous Las Vegas Strip. This home features three bedrooms each with one queen sized bed plus two twin size single person beds in the master bedroom all with deluxe memory foam mattresses and large sofa in living room for extra sleeping arrangements. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cookware, utensils, microwave, coffee station, and many more amenities you and your guests will enjoy during your stay. It is also equipped with all essential new appliances including a refrigerator, dishwasher, stovetop, oven, and microwave. There is also gated RV parking on the property, let me know if you'd like access to park. **Large parties or loud gatherings are NOT allowed at this home** Private backyard with tall mature surrounding trees blocking any neighbors from viewing with pool for relaxing outside. There is a gorgeous covered patio with a seating area that is perfect for spending time outside. Parking: There is plenty of parking on premises, please park either on driveway, inside garage, sidewalk in front of home, or along sidewalk beside the home. Please do not park or take up space in any of the neighbors areas. There is also gated RV parking into the side yard, let me know if this is requested and I can unlock the gate. Sometimes I may meet in person and check guests in if I am available, otherwise I live a short distance away and available whenever I am needed. Located in central part of Las Vegas in Spring Valley which is close to nearby grocery shopping and the Las Vegas Strip. You may get around by car, foot or bus. Free parking on site. There is a NoiseAware device installed in the home. This is not a listening or recording device. This device will simply notify host if the noise level goes above a certain volume. This device is for consideration of the neighborhood and ensuring no parties will occur, please do not touch these devices. - No large gatherings and parties are NOT permitted. - No loud music outdoors. - No loitering outside in front of the house. - No more than 11 adults on-premises. - Please respect our neighbors. Quiet hours: 11 pm - 7 am. - No wearing shoes inside, house slippers provided. - No Smoking inside permitted outdoors ONLY, any odors from smoke detected after checkout will result in a $300 fine. - Adult supervision required at all times for any children in the pool or backyard. - No lifeguard on duty swim at your own risk. - Pool cleaner comes every Thursday around 11am - Sometimes I will have Amazon packages arrive for the house, if you dont mind, please bring them inside! - Daily cleaning service is available pending notice ahead of time and availability for $75 per day
