If you're looking for a dream getaway in the heart of Crystal Beach - this is your beach home. We are located in the picturesque gated community of Crystal Beach Tennis and Yacht Club, our home is on the premier waterfront street of Promenade Way. The home features a spacious open concept living with stunning views from all angles.


This house has 3 large bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and is just a few steps away from the private section of Bay Beach/Crystal Beach. Listen to the waves from our large front porch or second floor balcony, enjoy a game of tennis or swim in the heated, salt-water pool. Love to be indoors? Cozy up by the fireplace, enjoy reading in the sunroom, cook in our well-equipped kitchen, watch unlimited TV/movies on the android box and relish in the ambiance of your surroundings.


The friendly local shops and restaurants are all within walking distance. The 1000ft of clean, white sand beach is spacious and never crowded. Book this beach house now for the perfect getaway with comfort, relaxation and safety for you and your family.


3 bedrooms. 4 bathrooms (2 full, 2 half). 4 car parking on the driveway with Electric Vehicle charger available. Fast Wifi. Nest thermostat. Kitchen has: marble countertops and island, large pantry, farmhouse sink, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, toaster oven, toaster, microwave, stove (upgraded ‘21), dishwasher, air fryer, kettle, mini blender, rice cooker, crock pot, cookware, dinnerware, utensils, complimentary coffee, tea and more.

You get natural light all day - the home operates on Pella sliding doors connecting the indoor and outdoor space to the front of the house with views of Lake Erie. Large windows throughout. Bright and airy. The main floor is completely open and perfect for entertaining your family.

Our house is the 3rd house from the gated community private beach entrance - you can see the beach from our home. You may use our beach chairs, beach wagon, umbrella etc. The sunroom has some board games. The back porch has a natural gas BBQ (upgraded in '23). There is an outdoor shower at the side of the house to wash the sand off your feet after some fun in the sun. This is the perfect getaway out of the city to enjoy the beautiful town of Crystal Beach.

This home is for family rentals. The primary renter on the reservation is responsible to read, understand and sign off on the Rules and Regulations.
All guests must be registered. There are no unregistered guests allowed in the private community. As of 2022, the maximum occupancy is 8 guests/home.
Garbage must be taken with you to disposal sites in the Town of Fort Erie after your stay. To pay for garbage pick-up there will be a min. $110 fee.

Our family had a lovely stay at the beach house, it was the perfect location, a short walk to the beach, the pool and the main street as well. The community is so peaceful and we really enjoyed our time there are wish we could have stayed longer. We already want to come back next summer!

Great location & spacious place!

Our whole family really enjoyed our stay! The location of the property is in a quiet gated community that is close to the lake. It's a great place to relax and get away from the city life. Tricia was also available throughout the booking process and during our trip. We would love to make this an annual trip and come here every year! Highly recommended.

Crystal Beach

We had a very nice time. The house met our needs very well. The refrigerator was not working when we arrived but a new one was installed the next day. The beach access was great for my granddaughters and we all enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants.

A street in a Hallmark movie

The house is gorgeous and clean. The neighborhood looks like it belongs in a Hallmark movie. Everything was so cute! The heated pool was a 1 to 2 minute walk. The beach was the same distance. Multiple restaurants right around the corner. The house is spacious with everything you need. Fully stocked kitchen, games, and beach chairs.

Crystal Beach

We took our family of 8 to a Buffalo Bills game. The Crystal Beach house was beautiful and fit us all fine. Crossing the border was fairly easy but it does cost $10 every time. The trash situation was not ideal and I would have loved to have a coffee pot with easy to find pods. Otherwise the house had everything we needed, a beautiful view and easy communication!. I would definitely recommend!!

We had a wonderful stay with our family of 4 this summer. The house is beautiful and CBTYC is one of a kind. We look forward to returning next summer.

You get what you pay for!

Me and my brother’s family stayed at Tricia’s rental property during the July 4th US Independence Day long weekend. We stayed for one week. We had an infant, 2, 4 and 5 year old. This place is so worth it. Travelling with kids is not easy but this property has everything you need, just bring your own towels as the listing mentioned. From kitchen appliances, 2 coffee makers (one Nespresso !!), garbage bags, cleaning supplies, toilet paper!!, dishes, cutlery, etc to a bug zapper machine, good quality sun umbrella, wagon and beach chairs…you really just need clothes, food if cooking and towels. The community is great. 2 min walk to the private beach, 3 min walk to the pool and playground and the strip has some nice restaurants to either dine in or Order out if you need a break from cooking. We will definitely come again and have already recommended this place to family and friends.

Great Beach Community Property

If you are looking for an upscale property in Crystal Beach, Ontario, this one is a great choice. It is located in a gated community and has a good view of Lake Eerie. The beach is maybe a 2 minute walk. The community has a a smallish outdoor pool and tennis courts. The municipality limits the number of people who can stay in properties to 8. Because the house is large and can accommodate many more, there is lots of space. The owner, Tricia, is great to deal with. The property listing is accurate, so there is no need to repeat that information here. This a comfortable, well equipped home. There is a killer balcony off the master bedroom with views to the lake and two rocking chairs to enjoy it with: a large front porch to visit on, and if you are on the porch the folks in the community are really friendly and will say hello and often stop to chat, we did not use the sunroom but it looks cozy. This place will not disappoint.

Lots of outdoor areas to sit - front porch; upper covered deck and rear yard deck with BBQ. Great walks on the beach. Host very accommodating.
