Smokey SPECiAL! Mountaintop Chalet-Great View! 8Mns to Dollywood!

Our comfortable 1,400 SQF, 3 BR +loft chalet will provide you with mountaintop privacy while being only a few minute drive to Dollywood and the Strip.
In the morning step outside to one of the 3 porches and watch the sun rise over the mountaintops. In the evening kickback and spend time with family in the living room or just relax in the hot tub. The Chalet features a well-equipped kitchen, WIFI, 5 smart TVs, air hockey table, games & everything you would need for the perfect Smokies getaway.
The space
The main floor is the heart of the chalet featuring a large open ceiling, living room & dining areas and a well-equipped kitchen.

The living room & dining areas are furnished with a sleeper sofa, 2 recliners, 65” TV, table with seating for six, a card table and small table where you can work (if you don’t get distracted by the view). Feel right at home in the fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to keep the crew happy & well fed.

Just outside the kitchen is a large wrap around porch with a hot tub, electric BBQ grill and place to sit and enjoy the mountains. Just off the dining area is another porch with a table & chairs [please note, the door to this porch is lower so just watch your head on the way out]

On the other side of the kitchen, you will find a king room, queen room, a full bathroom between both bedrooms and a washer & dryer just outside the bathroom.

Upstairs in the loft you will find an air hockey table and board games for the whole family to enjoy. The loft features a twin trundle bed as well. Just past the loft you will find a full bathroom & the Master king room with a private balcony [and a view!]

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
For your convenience we have a pack N play, highchair, and baby bath in the Chalet.
We provide a starter set of, laundry detergent, dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, organic body soap, Mountain Fresh Nourishing shampoo, and trash bags per reservation. There is no daily housekeeping service.
The Chalet is equipped with WIFI plus four 45” smart TVs and a 65” TV as well. You can stream Netflix on our account or log in to the streaming service of your choice. We do not have any cable service.
BBQ: There is an electric BBQ located on wrap around porch. Please note that it is just not feasible to clean this after every guest, and so you may have to clean it before use, depending on how the last guest left it.
The kitchen is equipped with a Keurig machine. However, we do not provide K cups so be sure to bring some of your own!
Absolutely no Smoking! If you smoke in the anywhere in the Chalet [including the porches] you will lose your security deposit. Smoking is only permitted in the parking area.
PET POLICY : Guest to pay additional pet fee in the amount of $150 per stay for up to two dogs (NO CATS or other pets allowed). Max of 2 Dogs. No Aggressive breeds allowed. (Pit Bull, German Shepherd, Rottweiler, etc) Dog must be under 65 lbs. Pets must be housebroken. Please see rental agreement for full pet conditions.
Security: For the safety and security of the owner and guests there is a security camera that automatically records audio and video of the exterior of the property. The camera does not point toward windows or the spa.
**NOTE! This Chalet is winter friendly, but we do not offer refunds for weather. Please check the weather before you come and be prepared with all-wheel-drive and groceries should it snow.
Access: The front door has an electronic lock; you will be provided with the code a few days before check-in.
