The best location for Paris tourist. The door of the hotel is right on your left hand side when coming out of the metro station which really helped us to go around the Paris. The apartment had large space with 3 beds with TVS attached to each room. The owner was responsive for any questions. I would recommend to bring your own towels as the towels were bit old but overall the property was really good.

Our place was not as clean, we traveled to a lot of place, this was not to a clean standard. My son saw a bug. I think they tried to make it clean? I don't know. We cleaned and wiped down the place, while we were there and before we left. But over all, I would not put it on Vrbo for anyone to rent. I'm sorry, I was scared I might've brought a bug or something home with me.

Do not rent

We rented this as two families (8 people) to have a place over NYE in Paris. The day we were meant to check in, I messaged the owner early as we had not heard from him at all, regarding the check in. I messaged him 4 times, and did not hear a thing. We tried calling and messaging him and did not hear anything. We weren’t able to initiate anything until 16:00, when we were meant to check on. We had things booked that night that we had to miss because it took nearly 5 hours of our time in Paris, for VRBO to find us something else and then it was only for 2/4 nights, right at New Years, and not in a good location. Absolutely horrible experience.

Bonjour messieurs & mesdames qui souhaitent réservé cette appartement je vous déconseille si vous souhaitez ne pas vous retrouvez dehors à la dernière minute parce que le propriétaire a oublié que les derniers ont prolongé jusqu’à vos dates. J’ai pas l’habitude de laisser des mauvais commentaires d’habitude j’en laisse pas du tout. Ils nous en annulé notre réservation le jour même à 20h alors qu’on était sur place depuis 16h en pleine soirée du 31 décembre. Donc fuyez ces gens ils sont pas organisé et ils sont irrespectueux.

Appartement très bien situé dans le centre avec métro au pied de l'immeuble. L'appartement est correct mais adéquat si vous mangez souvent dehors. Le menage est perfectible. L'hôte a été très réactif a plusieurs reprises pour répondre à nos questions.

Pessima esperienza, sconsigliato.Siamo arrivati a Parigi senza aver ricevuto alcuna comunicazione dall'host. Ho provato a contattarlo più volte tramite l'app di vrbo, ma non ha mai risposto. Solo grazie a un'amica francese siamo riusciti a ottenere i codici di accesso, che l’host ha inviato solo a lei. Nessuna indicazione esterna alla struttura, nessun cartello, nessuna istruzione: sembrava tutto tranne che un B&B.Appena entrati siamo stati accolti da un forte odore di muffa. L’appartamento era sporco, trascurato, e abbiamo dovuto acquistare prodotti per pulire il bagno e la doccia, dove erano presenti peli di chissà quante persone prima di noi.Nessun tipo di assistenza o comunicazione da parte dell’host, né prima né durante il soggiorno. Inaccettabile.

Super pied à terre

Appartement idéalement situé au coeur de la capitale. Un lieu où dormir sans superflu. Je le recommande à tous groupes qui souhaitent passer quelque nuit sans se soucier des détails.
