Located within steps of the river........this property offers two King-size bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Each bedroom features a flat-panel television with Xfinity cable and Wifi. The main room features a well-stocked kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and a dining table that can seat up to 6 guests plus 2 more at the breakfast bar. You also have access to a private washer & dryer plus central heat and air to make your stay more convenient and enjoyable. The open family room offers additional sleeping with a queen futon sofa plus a twin sleeper chair. The large rear deck area is perfect for some relaxation and gathering with friends. Just a short walk away is a multi-table picnic pavilion near the river's edge with lots of open, greenscape to enjoy the outdoors. You will find generous, flat, covered parking underneath the pedestal home.

Great StayWe had a wonderful stay! The host was very responsive and quick to reply to our messages. The house was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. There are also plenty of things to do and lots of shopping options nearby. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place!

We really enjoyed the under parking, how close we were to downtown, and being able to have our kids runs around outside with feeling safe! It’s was the perfect amount of space for us and we’re already looking at future dates to come back!

An exceptional experience. The location is so convenient, yet "removed" from the busy PF main drag. Even though your are less than 5 minutes to Sunliner Diner, you feel secluded among the other vacationing guest. Sabrina's communication was perfect, timely and consistent. The trip couldn't have gone better. The house was quiet, comfortable and perfect for our time and purpose. We have family in the area so it's rare that we stay in a rental, but when we do, we will check the availability here. Thank you!

Sir, I am so sorry to hear that your expectations were not met. The one kitchen blind you are referring to was damaged by a toddler just before your arrival. I am sorry it could not be repaired / replaced before your arrival. It has since been replaced. As for the furniture, I wish you would have brought any issues to my attention during your visit as I personally clean this property myself and take great care and pride in doing it. I work hard to give my guests a good experience. I did not notice any furniture issues before your arrival. Wishing you a better experience wherever your next vacation takes you!

Very clean home. Very close to the island . The railings going up the steps to the home are loose . Overall a great stay. A suggestion for the futon - maybe get a stowaway foam topper. Loved the area .
