Great guest! Communication was excellent from start to finish. They were kind, responsible, and took great care of our home. They also traveled with a wonderful dog who was very well-behaved—there were absolutely no issues having the dog in the house. The home was left clean, and they even washed the bedding before leaving, which was truly appreciated. We would happily welcome them back anytime and highly recommend them to other hosts.
We stayed at Kenneth's property for two weeks and loved every minute. From the view to the beautiful great room and the well-appointed kitchen--it was all we could have asked for. Both Tom, the manager, and the owners were helpful and responsive. We've stayed in many holiday rentals over the years, and this was, without a doubt, the best. We hope to return!
We stayed here for two weeks and then extended for two more days. The location of the property was amazing close to grocery stores, Starbucks, restaurants, and the downtown Plaza. The house itself was well decorated and had a large kitchen island. Even though it was chilly, we sat out on the deck that had amazing views of Santa Fe and Sandia mountain to the south. The neighborhood was quiet and we were able to walk on the mini trails in the neighborhood. The property manager, Tom, was very responsive to a few questions that we had and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.
Our second multi-week stay confirmed our previous conclusions: the nearly brand-new house is furnished at a level that few rental places are, the views from the back porch are consistently spectacular, the location is perfect for someone seeking proximity to downtown while still being out of the fray, and the owner and manager could not be more helpful and responsive. Highly recommended.

Harold and family are amazing. They are kind and one of best renters! Look forward to seeing you again next year!
I spent the month of December here, celebrating Christmas with my 3 20-something year old adult kids and a dog. Very comfortable living spaces with plenty of seating for watching movies, tv, etc. Beautiful views of the mountains and city lights from the living room and bedrooms. We enjoyed a few snow days to add to the beauty.
Well-stocked kitchen with high-end appliances. We used the stove/oven, crock pot, air-fryer, coffee maker. All worked well.
I did some remote work while here - nice office space with a desk and office chair, fast internet, and zoom meetings worked well.
It was nice to have a garage space for one car. We could easily fit 2-3 cars in the driveway/garage space.
Nice neighborhood with trails for walking the dog.
Easy drive into the plaza or the railyard area.
I would love to stay here again.

Thank you and we are glad you enjoyed your stay. Family was nice and their dog was well behaved with no issues. We would welcome them back.
My wife and I stayed at the house for the month of November, and we were joined for the last ten days by our two adult children. The place is lovely—recently built, tastefully decorated, immaculately clean, comfortable, intelligently laid out, and well-located, with beautiful views of Santa Fe and the surrounding area. The owner and property manager could not have been nicer or more responsive. We hope to return there, and I unhesitatingly recommend it.
Four aspects of the house and our rental experience deserve mention.
First, this is someone’s home. It isn’t furnished with the generic items found in most rental properties; to the contrary, a great deal more effort, and money, has been invested in making it attractive and comfortable to inhabit. One of the most important aspects of that, to us, was the presence of a fully stocked kitchen, with every imaginable implement and appliance. We were able to cook there without first having to make a shopping expedition to a kitchen store! We also appreciated the intelligent layout, which uses space efficiently and makes the place seem larger than its measured square footage.
Second, the location, in an upscale neighborhood just north of the northern end of the Relief Road, is outstanding. From the back porch, there is an unobstructed view south, overlooking Santa Fe and continuing all the way to Sandia. Every evening offered a fabulous sunset view from the living room (and even more so from the porch). On top of that, the location was ideal: we enjoyed the quiet that came from being outside the city’s center but could reach downtown by car in well under ten minutes. In fact, we found the place handier to where we wanted to go than many of our previous Eastside rentals.
Third, the owner was the most helpful and thoughtful rental property owner I have encountered. He had, moreover, chosen as a local property manager someone who was knowledgeable, experienced and responsive. Both went out of their way to make sure that we were comfortable and that the house was meeting our needs. For example, the owner knew we were looking for a place with a functional office, and to that end, he left us both a 24-inch monitor and a printer/scanner for our use.
Finally, the house represented excellent value for the money when compared to other properties that were available when we were looking this past summer for a November rental. We are so glad we found it! We will treasure our time there.
