Bienvenido a nuestro White Sands Condo. Este es un hermoso dúplex 3BR / 2BA ubicado en South Padre Island. ¡Esta es una segunda y hermosa historia de un dúplex con capacidad para hasta 11 personas! Este condominio es muy espacioso, con mucho espacio para todos .. Usted obtiene 2 camas King Size y un sofá cama. El tercer dormitorio es una habitación con literas, que incluye una litera doble y litera completa / doble. Este condominio estaba recién pintado, es desde hace varios años. Es fresco y limpio!

También se incluyen lavadora / secadora y lavavajillas, así como otras cosas para que sea más fácil disfrutar de su hogar lejos de casa

Este condominio cuenta con una vista del agua. Puede ver el Golfo desde el balcón delantero y la Bahía desde el balcón posterior.

Este condominio se encuentra en 113 White Sands. Usted está a menos de una cuadra de la playa de acceso. Esto puede ser un dúplex residencial privada, pero usted tiene muchas de las comodidades que podemos encontrar en un complejo de apartamentos más grande. Melissa was great! She came out to meet us when we got there, and gave us some tips for our stay. The house had everything we needed, and was clean. We would definitely stay there again!

Family and Budget Friendly

Property is great and a good fit for a larger family very comfortable. Perfect access to the beach and we loved the private road. Enjoyed the access to the pool. The manager/owner is amazing and very knowledgeable on everything island. Ready to book again.

Summer trip

Great location. Within walking distance to the beach, Clayton's Beach Bar, and a gift shop next door. Home was very clean and large enough for our group of 10. We would stay here again.

Great location. Very clean. Super nice & helpful property manager. Easy to get to the beach. Pool/hot tub access at the hotel next door. Great memories were made. Coming back again! Highly recommended!

Awesome Stay / Would recommend!

We are a big family of 11. 5 kids under the age of 5 and 6 adults. The location is amazing. Very quiet section. You can see the beach from the balcony, and it only takes about 100 steps to reach it. Fireworks from Clayton's can be sent from the front deck or even in the yard if you have kids that are energetic like ours. The owner does live below but so sweet and can help quickly if anything comes up. Inside the house had all we needed. The bunk beds were a hit with the kids. Only thing I would change would be to add tvs to the other two bedrooms, so the kids can relax in bed with tv time rather than all piled up on the couch. Also my kids loved the pool. Right out the back door and a few steps you have access to a huge pool and hot tub. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

She provides great information on what to bring with and places to see during your stay. Read everything for this booking BEFORE you book to save money (we had no issues whatsoever, just get all information).Lovely space for our 9 plus a toddler group close enough to the beach but away from the main road. Just the right amenities. We had a blast!

Manager lives on property so was not bothered by too much noise from close neighbors being a stand alone duplex. Only drawback was parking in driveway for just 2 cars. Our third vehicle had to find parking on street but got lucky to find a spot close by. Not a new property but had everything we needed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fun weekend with our kids and their friends. We comfortably slept ten. I would consider it a good value for the space. While it is lacked some on site amenities, it was clean and comfortable. We did not take advantage of the Holiday Inn pool, but we’re given the option. There is not a true master bedroom with its own bathroom, but the two bathrooms worked well enough for our group. If you want to be close to some action near Clayton’s, this is a short walk and a good location. The friendly owner lives beneath the unit. There’s parking for two vehicles, but it can be a challenge depending on the weekend to place more vehicles nearby.

Reviewer Comments: This was our second time renting again Was very pleased and happy with the rental location is A+ Very close to the beach (can see the beach from front balcony literally 2 minutes walking)Rental had everything needed (utensils, silverware, pots ,pans, washer and dryer)Have access to pool which is located at the Holiday inn right in back of rental only need to check in at front desk and they will provide the wrist bands which are good for the entire stay.Rental home was very clean and everything in working condition my family and I once again had a really great time and very pleased we will be coming back again!!!
