ABOUT THE HOME: Step into your very own "Piece Of Heaven". This lovely beach home, comfortably sleeps 14 guests and is located in the heart of Blue Mountain Beach. This beautiful, pet friendly, beach home is located south of 30A in a quiet cul-de-sac with a backyard oasis and private pool! Truly a one-of-a-kind property on 30A featuring 3 bedrooms, 3 balconies and a large rooftop balcony made for kicking back in the sun or taking in the gulf breeze. The home is tastefully furnished and ready to make great beach memories.

ABOUT THE AREA: Blue Mountain Beach is a quaint coastal community along 30A between Grayton Beach and Gulf Place. Known for it's laid back vibe yet with all the amenities we look for in a beach vacation. Just steps to the Blue Mountain Regional Beach Access and lots of restaurants like Red Fish Taco, Blue Mable Smokehouse and the Blue Mountain Creamery (best ice cream) nearby. And if you love cinnamon rolls, grab a cup of coffee and a cinnamon roll from Blue Mountain Bakery, you won't regret it. What more could you ask for on your 30a vacation....walking distance to the beach...private pool and ice-cream!

BEACH ACCESS: Just a quick walk from the house to Blue Mountain Regional Beach Access. There are restrooms, shower, some parking and coolers, wagons and single inflatable toys are permitted, as well as kayaks and paddle boards.

Parking Details:

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. This was an amazing stay and the property was as good as pictured. The back yard with the pool and cabanas was so incredible!! Fantastic stay. Close to the beach and the best tacos!. Joy, Hollie and Lisa are exceptional hosts and spent extra time helping us arrange a fishing trip, grocery delivery and photos. The house incudes a bonfire night and let me tell you it's the best time!!!

We had a group of 10 family members from infant to grandparents. The kids all absolutely loved the house and its many nooks to explore. The living area had plenty of space for everyone to be together and you can't beat the location. The property manager was very responsive and accomodating throughout our stay. The kitchen was well supplied. Loved the pool, golf cart and beach toys! We would definitely stay here again!

Incredible Residence

Our time here was truly fantastic. The responsiveness of the hosts Joy & Hollie was exceptional both before and during our stay. The home itself is ideal, and exudes a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The pool was the best we have ever had at a rental. Hours of fun! I wholeheartedly recommend this home, especially for large families like ours.

Great times!

Great for last pre-school trip! Perfect place to be a few days before our kids returned to school. Loved the pool, bikes and golf cart. Beach is super close and the ice cream shop even closer! Neighborhood is up and coming, loved the new restaurants. A little road construction, good thing's coming. Very easy communication! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!! We will book again.

Family Reunion

Everyone in our party enjoyed our stay. The proximity to the beach and to local restaurants and shops made our stay delightful for all of us. The included amenities, bikes, bonfire, golf cart made the trip even more special. The kids loved the bonfire and keep asking for another one! 30a Beach oasis

Our group of 10 was very comfortable in this house. The back outside area with a pool was perfect for being together for breakfast, after a day of activities, or lounging for whoever wanted to hang back. Common spaces were large enough to accommodate the rest of our group for dinners in. Destinations we wanted to visit were all walkable or a fast golf cart ride, key for girls who don't want to load up in a car. Joy and Hollie were the best host I have ever had in a VRBO.

Great vacation!

We absolutely loved our time here. There were only five of us (husband/myself and 3 kiddos). Having a private pool was a great way to stay outside for the day but not be extremely busy by the beach. The beach was beautiful and was such a short walk away. This house had plenty of open space in the kitchen and living area. It’s even better than the photos! There are quite a few doors to exterior that can be opened, if that’s a concern for young kids. I would recommend a car or golf cart because there aren’t too many restaurants within walking distance. Overall we would definitely stay again!

This beautiful home was the perfect fit for our family trip to 30a super close to the beach and a short drive to the PCB airport. It's spacious: we had 8 people in our group and everyone enjoyed a comfortable bed. 30a beach girls was very accommodating as they were our last trip to another house they have. My favorite points: close proximity to the beach and restaurants (less than 2 minute walk), very quiet neighborhood, killer pool, beach towels, chairs, and boogie boards for guests. My stay went way too fast, ready to come back!

This house is wonderful and very clean! I've stayed up and down 30a and this little pocket at Blue Mountain is my absolute favorite. You can walk for miles down the beach. The house is warm and welcoming. The set up is perfect for either a small or large group. The kitchen is stocked with anything you need. The beds are comfy, plenty of towels and the master bedroom is quite large. The back deck is perfect for coffee and cocktails. The beaches here are spectacular. But more importantly, 30a beach girls are lovely, very prompt, extremely kind and my deposit was returned promptly. My stay went way too fast!

Thank you for a great vacation

I had the pleasure of working primarily with Daisy. The entire 30a beach girls team is amazing, maintenance had to help us out one afternoon and he was very polite and thorough. They made sure our vacation ran incredibly smooth, and had our special needs and plans perfectly managed. The house was very comfortable, clean and had all we needed for cooking in. The pool was enjoyed hours daily. Everyone understood our special needs surrounding our daughter and her health. I do not have enough good things to say about this company and this home!

Beyond perfect, heaven for sure!

We had an amazing time at this beautiful property! Runs on the beach, close to the creamery and health food grocery store - we walked and biked everywhere… close to restaurants… the backyard is a private retreat in itself, just perfect! House is a great size for several people and the kitchen well stocked to cook in! Only negative is as others have said couch is worn, full of amazing memories I'm sure! We'd come back anytime!!! Highly recommend!

Absolute 30a heaven

We literally cannot stop raving about the place! Beautiful space and so conveniently situated. Short walk to beach and creamery. Not far from Destin or airport but so neatly tucked away as well. The home is amazing and every bit as good as the pictures if not better. Such a beautiful & tranquil place. The managers at 30 A Beach Girls are fantastic and very helpful. They have an amazing app with list of best sites, experiences, and restaurants. The house is stocked with tons of items that make a vacation better - things like beach towels, boogie boards, a rolling cooler, they even provided us with yoga mats, 3 beach chairs, and a golf cart! The pool is paradise! We spent more time at our pool than the beach. I couldn't recommend this home any higher! My kids keep telling me how much they hate home and why cant we buy that house! If it's available, you should definitely book it.

Wonderful service, beautiful stay

We had a fabulous week! Our family of 11 had plenty of room, house was clean and spacious! When we first arrived the upstairs air conditioning was not working. We let 30A Beach Girls know, and someone arrived within the hour and it was fixed. Service was wonderful! The walk to the beach was easy. We plan on staying here again! Thanks for a beautiful stay!

Amazing family vacation

We had a wonderful time staying in this amazing house. The check in process was smooth. Our first impression of the house was extremely favorable. The pictures match the house. The pool and back yard are fantastic. The water was clean. The seating allowed for lots of hours of lounging comfortably. The house was perfectly clean, and the landscaping is great. The kitchen is wonderful! All the appliances worked perfectly. There are plenty of plates, glasses, silverware, etc. All beds were comfortable, the only negative is the loving room. The couch was off putting, needs replaced. There are plenty of towels, and the laundry was easy to use. We did towel laundry almost every day as the amazing pool and beach (2 streets away!) were used several times per day. Overall, we would definitely stay at this house again. I highly recommend this house for large family gatherings or a few smaller families who just want to hang out. Managers supplied us with plenty of bikes, a golf cart, loaned us some Paddleboards to try and hosted an unforgettable bonfire. We will be repeat guest!

This is a beautiful home both inside and out. Our annual girl's getaway brought us to 30A for the first time and 30A Beach Girls property was the perfect fit. They thought of everything in order to make your stay extra special. It really is as beautiful as it looks in the pictures.

Really A Piece of Heaven

We had a wonderful week long stay! The house was perfect for our group of 12. The pool was the absolute best part of our stay. After a long, hot day at the beach, we all loved coming back and relaxing at the pool until dinner. It was a very short walk to the beach and an even shorter one to the Blue Mountain Creamery! The layout of the house is great and we had everything we needed. The dishwasher and some of the furniture could be updated, but it was fine for our vacation. The pool got murky after just a couple days, but 30A Girls had someone come right out and clean it for us. The palm trees in the back drop a lot of black stuff, so it would be nice to have some sort of broom to sweep it away. It was a great house and we are already planning to stay there again next year!

Stellar stay

This house was so spacious with plenty of room for our party to spread out. We watched a fantastic sunset while gathered around the pool. We walked all over town for ice cream, wonderful food and people watching and also to the beach. Great communication from 30a beach girls, replying right away to our questions. Will return next summer.
