Do not rent this apartment. We did and well in advanced, but the owner cancel on us last minute. He claimed that he double booked us by mistake and cancel on us. I sent him an e-mail and he never responded and then I found the apartment still listed on several other websites. So he cancel for the only reason to try to make more money last minute. Save yourself from a headache and a bad situation and avoid renting this apartment.
