Large Studio in 'Le Marais' - Close to Everything!

Location, location! Paris at door steps!
This apartment, is much more spacious than the average studio in Paris: 400 square foot. A whole family up to four guests wouldn't feel tight.
Unlike some other areas in Paris, you won't have to run more than few meters to buy your groceries or find interesting shops and a wide range of restaurants.
Great strolls in "le Marais", Historical district of Paris right bank
3 metro stations and 5 metro lines close 5 minutes from front door.
The apartment is located on the first floor (one floor up from street level).
3 large windows on a courtyard , no street noise!
In the separate kitchen: everything you need including a washer/drying for your clothes.
The studio is fitted with a queen size bed in a alcove and a convertible sofa. All linens and towels are supplied also an ironboard and a hairdryer.
There is a cable television, a portable radio/CD player,
WiFi Internet access and free telephone calls.

We enjoyed our stay, location was excellent. We were not able to use the kitchen to the extent we expected as the stove top was not operational, at least we were not able to figure it out. Comfortable stay suited us just fine.

The studio is in a perfect location for visiting Paris! The Le Marais neighborhood is lively with many café, stores and restaurants. Even little hidden gems like a bubble tea shop just down the street. The studio is very close to 2 different metro stations which made exploring even easier. The studio itself was quaint and always had nice hot water for showers. The door is metal and heavy with a heavy-duty deadbolt so we never worried about our safety. The exterior door also has a punch code so really you have two layers of security. The host, Claude, was so kind and welcoming. She was so responsive whenever we had to message her about any questions we had. We even had an issue with our return flight and asked if we could stay on additional night past our original reservation and Claude worked with us to allow an extra night in the studio. Her help took so much stress away from us so we could enjoy our last days in Paris. Wonderful host, great studio in a great location. If we ever return to Paris, I will definitely be contacting Claude again!

A short stay in Paris

This is a wonderful location for a short stay. Metro and trains in easy walking distance, close to the Seine, Louvre, Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, and still nice a residential feel near food markets and corner restaurants.

Quiet studio in very busy metropolis.

1 flight walk up to this simple studio. The street looks deserted by day, but alive with shops in the afternoon. This apartment provided us with the real Paris experience with a close by Boulangerie, Easy access to the Metro, and a person who sleeps on the stairs. The studio was clean & showers were hot. City tap water tastes good here. Claude (speaks perfect English) was charming and made herself available to meet us there for check in.

Great flat in great neighborhood

This flat in the heart of Paris is true to the liating. The host was fabulous and gave great recommendations. It is close to everything, literally 5 minutes to three different Metro stations, and walking distance (within 1 mile) to most of the major landmarks in Paris! Cafés in this area are numerous! The bed was comfy, the sleeper sofa, not so much. Would probably be fine for kids, but adults on the sleeper sofa was a bad plan for me. Overall great experience and would definitely stay here again!
