This house is perfect for any family with a player attending cooperstown dreams park. 10 mins from the field and easy to be able to run home in between games for some cool down time in the ac. This house was exactly what we needed- two baseball families stayed together. Highly recommended!!!
Enjoyed the house and neighborhood. Convenient to Dreams Park and Cooperstown.
Perfect for the 2 family's. Wife and granddaughter enjoyed the neighbors chickens.
Our family enjoyed our stay at “MyBlue Heaven”. We were very comfortable in the house and enjoyed the quiet, country area away from the crowds of Dreams Field. The kitchen was well equipped with any item you would need for meal preparation. There were games to play and tvs which were easy to operate! Robert checked in, replaced the grill and checked the heat. He was a phone call away and attentive to our needs. Furniture was comfortable. Our grandchildren enjoyed the futons. Everything was wonderful. We would not hesitate to stay again and will recommend to anyone we know who is going to Cooperstown.

Thank you for being ideal guests! Glad you enjoyed your stay and would love to host you agi .
This is a great location if you have a child playing at Dreams Park, 10 min from the park and 10 min from Cooperstown. The deck was wonderful for relaxing between games. The house was plenty large enough for our family of 4 and grandparents. The house was stocked with everything you need for a week's stay from extra blankets, towels, and even board games! We played a lot of Clue during our rainy stay.
Perfect for Cooperstown Dreams Park baseball games
I am extremely particular when it comes to places to stay at. I bring everything from home except the kitchen sink. In this house I did not have to worry about a thing. It is on a country road set down in off the road in the woods.
Definitely well water that you wouldn't want to drink because it had a little smell. Nothing that would bother you at all for anything else except drinking. So we bought bottles of drinking water and jugs of water for coffee.
Furnishings were in very good condition and exactly as pictured. Twin bedroom mattresses are definitly made for kids. I had to sleep with my granddaughter one night and I had a backache the next day. Not old just not made for adults. The other two beds were extremely comfortable.
Air conditioning in every room. A little loud in the upstairs living area. Probably because it is such a large unit to keep the upstairs cool.
We ran the dehumidifier for the entire week to keep the dampness out because of the high humidity all week. Emptied it at least once every day and one day twice. Having that was a plus! Less work on the AC.
There is a Mr. Coffee in the kitchen....NO Keurig.
Beautiful outdoor patio with lots of seating. We did place an outdoor chair to block hitting your head on the large AC unit that sticks out and cools the living area. Easy fix to a beautiful deck.
Mornings you are greeted by a rooster, chickens and a duck. So fun to watch them.
Driveway is steep. Once parked you can carry your stuff right up the stairs into the house and start to enjoy your vacation home.
Robert is an excellent host and replies to any questions/concerns within minutes. Thank you Robert!
I can tell you that if we were to go to this area again, I wouldn't hesitate to rent this house.

Thank you for your feedback, and glad you enjoyed your stay. I must respond to a a few comments for future guests. Yes, it is well water. The cold water is filtered and we drink it. Bottled water is guest's preference. The hot water is a bit strong right now and we will be treating it again post-season. Sorry about the noisy AC --we'll be upgrading the unit. The driveway has a slight grade from the road to the house, but is by no means steep. Photo of the driveway is included.
