Amazing, spacious riverfront home with an incredible view of the downtown skyline! More than 5,000 square feet. Large, landscaped, fenced backyard with outdoor seating under a covered porch. New boat dock and lift. New kitchen and large riverfront living area. Huge master suite. Huge master bath. :Located in the picturesque Avondale neighborhood, the home is only a short walk to great shops, bars and restaurants and only 10 minutes from downtown, TIAA Bank Field and the Sports Complex. Boat transportation - even to NFL games - can be arranged during your stay. It takes 15 minutes to get to the stadium and downtown by boat. Additional amenities can be provided for an additional fee: Boat with captain, paddleboards, kayaks, quad bike, golf cart. House manager is available during your stay and lives in the separate garage apartment. LIMITED AVAILABILITY.
