Take your soul mate to Sol Mate West, where you'll find a beach haven situated only about two and a half miles west of the main Gulf Shores Public Beach area. On the western side of a duplex, Sol Mate West has plenty of space to accommodate everybody with its four-bedroom/three-bath layout. Enjoy access to a new shared pool overlooking the Gulf. Or, for those who prefer to lounge versus swim or who just need a break from the water, the outdoor furniture on deck is a great spot to relax in the sunshine. A dune walkover leads to the beach, and a shower on the walkover makes it easy to keep sand and salt outside where it belongs. Inside, you'll find a relaxing decor featuring coastal hues of blue, gray, and tan. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and light-colored cabinetry. The flooring is tile and wood throughout the home. If your group requires a larger space, consider renting both sides of this duplex, since an adjoining interior door opens up to the east side.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Sol Mate

We love the location, beach access, and pool. The heat pump for pool want connected when we arrived, but a new one was installed by Monday evening (we checked in Saturday).

Perfect Family Vacation

I was a little worried after reading some of the reviews about the cleanliness of the property, but it was perfect for us. Some of the furniture is a bit run down but it didn’t affect our stay at all. The pool was great -it did get cloudy after a few days- and the boardwalk to the beach was awesome. We had a great time!

Great location - Run down property

The positive: This house is such an amazing location right on the beach and so close to everything but still a quiet beach. Having the pool is also a must when you have kids. The house is spacious, dining table is big, beds are comfortable. The negative: The house and furniture itself is old and run down. The house wasn't very clean and the furniture (couches/chairs/blankets) were DISGUSTING and stained. The living room chair even appears to have blood stains.The closet doors were broken and falling off the tracks. After about 4 days, the pool was cloudy and needed cleaning. We didn't have wifi the first 3 days and Vacasa kept saying "we have alerted our local team" but still someone didn't come until the 3rd day. There are no beach towels or beach chairs for use so pack your own if you are able to. The dryer is also on its last bit of life and is rusting on the inside. I would not stay here again unless they did a bit of updating and had better cleaning standards.
