This gorgeous, resort-like property is ideally located in Paradise Valley, near the shopping, nightlife, and world-class golf that the Phoenix/Scottsdale area is famous for. Thus, whenever the impulse should take you, you'll find yourself not but a short walk to all the entertainment you could ask for. Considering the bustling nightlife, this is an extra perk as it means a night on the town can be much easier than one initially might have expected. You'll fall in love with this amazing stay from the moment you see the agave-lined entrance, and all of this is just minutes from downtown Phoenix, Old Town in Scottsdale, and the ritzy Biltmore district. So, step through the majestic front door and get ready for the time of your lives. In fact, you just might never want to leave once you experience the luxury and elegance that can be found in the lovely, resort-worthy Agave.

Outdoors

Featuring a sprawling private outdoor area, this destination spot has something for everyone! Take a dip in the heated pool complete with mood-enhancing lights and a waterfall feature, making it not only quite a beautiful sight in the evening but the perfect way to escape the heat from the famous Arizona sun. As well, one can take a nice long soak in the hot tub overlooking it, giving you a chance to relax your weary muscles, while also still being able to chat with any who are floating in the pristine waters below. Bask in the sunlight on the poolside loungers and use the large putting green to work on your short game. It's even got an outdoor shower! All this ensures that one can truly make the most of the constant nice weather the area is known for and can truly spend some quality time together enjoying all the typical summer backyard activities that one might remember from long ago.

Need a break from the sun? Catch some shade on the secluded daybed or hang out in the oversized cabana with bar and lounge seating. This exquisite space flows effortlessly through the covered patio with BBQ, perfect for a summer day cookout which will fill your already wonderful yard with the tantalizing scents of roasting meats and other creations, as well as table seating and TV— and into the spacious climate-controlled home. With all the outdoor amenities, you might just find yourself forgetting you are in a vacation home and not a five-star resort!

Living

Once inside, you'll love the wide-open floor plan which gives the home a spacious feel. With stone floors and elegant décor, you'll find the inside is no less stunning than that of the backyard. Huge common areas and vaulted ceilings give you space to truly stay and unwind. The giant, fully stocked kitchen boasts tons of wooden cabinets and counter space, including a large island with a prep sink, wine cooler, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and bar seating. This makes it the perfect place for lovers of the culinary arts to whip up something grand for everyone to enjoy. And no need to stop the conversation— the kitchen sweeps into the living and dining areas, so everyone can stay connected.

The living room offers plenty of space for whatever you have in mind. Sink into the stylish yet comfortable couches while watching a movie on the big-screen TV, or come together for game night. Perfectly centered in the home, this chic living area offers access to the kitchen, bedrooms, and outdoors.

Bedrooms

And this vacation home has a master suite you've got to see to believe. The king-sized bed doesn't even come close to filling this high-ceilinged room that steps into an incredible, spa-like ensuite bathroom. For any cold desert nights, you're sure to be warm and cozy as this room also includes a gas fireplace, which is sure to also add a nice ambiance for any couples staying within its walls.

This is your place to preen and pamper. Luxuriate in the jetted soaker tub or let the three rainfall shower heads melt your cares away in the massive walk-in shower. Going out? Everyone can get ready with a huge double vanity across from one another, separate vanity replete with makeup lighting. This divine room is connected to a big walk-in closet with more than enough space for everything you brought— we promise. However, while any who ends up in this room is sure to be the subject of much envy, all your other guests are sure to be equally as comfortable in their own rooms.

A second bedroom adjacent to the master offers two, yes two, queen-sized bunk beds that are perfect for kids and kids-at-heart. The two remaining bedrooms feature king and queen-sized beds, respectively, and are just steps away from the full guest bath.

The in-home laundry room is located next to the convenient pool bath, and has front-loading washer and dryer, ensuring that at no point will your vacation be interrupted by runs to the laundromat. As well as a full-sized fridge for overflow refreshments. Pool fence and child locks are included making sure everyone stays safe!

This property is conveniently located just 15 -20 minutes from the Scottsdale airport, the beautiful TPC Scottsdale Champions Golf Course, Kierland Commons shopping, and Mayo Clinic Hospital.

Home Rules
Quiet hours 9 pm-9 am.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
For your safety and security, there is a ring door bell located at the front door.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please reach out 1–2 days prior to check-in to inquire about pricing and availability.
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150.

Please note our policy for items left behind:
We are happy to help return items left behind; however, due to logistics and the time required for our team to retrieve and drop off packages, a $25 handling fee plus the cost of shipping will be applied to any items sent back. We'd much rather you have your belongings with you! Thank you for doing a final "sweep" of the home before you depart.

We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. We do not provide salt, pepper, oils, and spices. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!

Important Note: We want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest, Please be aware amenities may break or not work during your stay and we ll do our best to accommodate you. May an amenity not work or fail during your stay we will do our best to make it right, and we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights to make it right. You have to let us know at the time of notice so we can do our best to remedy the situation.
