Back on the market and booking for summer 2026! Beautiful vacation community located just minutes from the white sand beaches of the Gulf of America in Perdido Key Florida. You will love with this cute coastal townhome and all the things to do nearby. Just a few miles from the World Famous Florabama Bar, Pensacola Naval Air Station home to the Blue Angels, Joe Patti's Seafood, Pensacola Beach, Orange Beach and Gulf Shores beaches just to name a few. Community amenities include Private Beach Club with restaurant/bar, pool and beach access with beach chair service available a the private beach access. 18 hole Arnold Palmer Championship Golf Course, tennis courts, large resort style pool with hot tub and state of the art fitness center. Lost Key offers a free shuttle to take you wherever you want to go within the community! This coastal townhome boasts an open floor plan on floor main living area with comfy sofa and smart TV. You will enjoy beautiful sunset views on the lake and wildlife from the screened lanai just off the living room. Watch the Bald Eagle Family that returns every year to their nest on the west end of the lake or the Osprey that fish in the lake during the summer months. Upstairs includes master bedroom with king bed with deluxe on-suite, 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and 3rd bedroom has full size bed with single trundle. There is sofa sleeper on the main floor. The kitchen is fully loaded and packed with all the comforts of home including stainless steel appliances, white shaker cabinets and quartz countertops. The home has a 2 car garage where you will find beach chairs, a wagon, an umbrella and plenty of beach toys to make your family trip to the beach unforgettable! Great Stay

Our family of 7 really enjoyed our stay at the All Waves townhouse in Perdido Key, FL. The property was exceptionally clean and we had everything we needed! I would highly recommend if your are planning a stay in the Pensacola, FL area.

Wonderful Week In Perdido Key

This was hands down the best vacation our family has been on. The townhouse is beautiful! The location is wonderful! The grounds are well kept! The shuttle back and forth to the beach is amazing! The beach club was awesome! Everything inside and out was great!

Great week in Lost Key!

My husband, myself, our kids and grandkids loved our stay! The unit was clean, had plenty of room, was comfortable and had all the kitchen gadgets you could possibly need! Sharon was a wonderful host, very responsive and kind! Having access to the Beach club was a perk and getting beach chairs daily a huge benefit! We will 100% keep this on our list of places to return to!

Beautiful townhouse in Perdido Key!

We loved our stay at Perdido Key! The townhouse is large, everything looks new with beautiful beach decor throughout! We were two families (4 adults, 4 kids) and had plenty of space for everyone. The outdoor screened balcony was a plus with nice lake views. The beach and pools are 10 min walk. We highly recommend this amazing home!

All the Amenities without the Crowds

What a great property! We enjoyed being so close to the beach and within walking distance to two pools. Perdido Key still has plenty of restaurants, small grocery stores and ice cream shops in a close proximity without all the crowds. And it wasn't a long drive to go to the more touristy areas in Orange Beach or Gulf Shores. Great host. Great location. Great property.

All Waves on my Mind

The property was beautifully decorated, clean and very spacious. Our host, Sharon Lynch, was easy to reach and answered questions promptly. The resort had plenty of extra amenities to keep everyone entertained. Our family will definitely be reaching out to Sharon to stay again on our next trip that way.

Great property- would stay again

This rental had everything we needed for our stay. Very comfortable and super cute. Sharon was very communicative about anything we needed and was great to work with. It is a walk to the beach but we drove down the road to the Johnson Beach and that was wonderful. You can park right at the beach. There is a charge to get in but was totally worth it to be able to park easily right where we were.

Perfect Trip

Sharon was the best host. She was extremely responsive and helpful. Many times she went out of our way to make sure we had information (we stayed 4th of July week) and provided local activities and celebrations. The home was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. We will be booking with Sharon again.

Sharon saved our vacation!

Flew into Pensacola to house hunt for upcoming orders.we had originally book a resort out on PCB. Had a horrible experience so we started looking for a Vrbo. Sharon saved our vacation she was so personable and kind. She was able to get us into one of her rentals by the next morning. Everything was so clean, comfortable and well decorated! We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay! Couldn’t recommend a better person or place!

Wonderful stay

This place was great! The location is great and the amenities were amazing! We had nine people staying here (three little ones 4 and under) and 6 adults and stayed for four nights and had plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you'd have in your home, and everything was in good condition. The condo also had everything could possibly need for the beach for adults and little ones. Sharon was a wonderful host. She shared everything we needed to know about the property ahead of time, and was very responsive with our questions during our stay, We'd definitely stay here again! Thank you so much!

All Waves Beach House Review

The property was well-appointed and appropriate for the area. It was reasonably clean (the shower in the master could have been cleaner). We'd advise future renters to request a copy of the rules before booking as some may be uncomfortable staying in the property due to the extent of these rules. Last (and this seems to be common with VRBO), we found the requirement to purchase damage insurance or leave a large refunable deposit upfront a surprise and slightly unreasonable especially as we have rented such properties a number of times over the years and received nothing but positive reviews.

Very nice, clean house

The house and community are top notch. Everything is very clean and we'll take care of. It's a good location, near lots of fun restaurants. We never had a bad meal. The only downside of our trip was the weather it stormed ALOT. Which made the walk to the beach a little difficult considering we had a bunch of kids with us, all under 13. They do offer a shuttle which would haveade it easier but we would have taken up most of the shuttle so we didn't ride it much. Sharon was fantastic to communicate with, she sent reminders and also recommendations.

Super easy family beach getaway

This condo has it all - fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs/toys/wagon/floats, beach towels, pack n play, and plenty of laundry detergent/paper towels/toilet paper/etc. for the length of our stay. Easy walk to pool, but a little long to the beach with young kiddos and a wagon full of all the things. However, it would have been easy to walk with adults or older kids. Shuttle was easy, if you do not have too many things. Lost Key is a really great resort - amazing neighborhood pool and added bonus of pool and clean locker rooms at the beach. This was our first time to Perdido Key and we loved it! Sharon is a great hostess - super responsive and provided a lot of fantastic area recommendations.

Beautiful Home

We just returned home and we had a wonderful stay! We had 2 families with 4 kids. Would highly recommend to stay here. The home is absolutely beautiful with plenty of kitchen items to use. We cooked almost every meal there - we did have to get more dishwasher soap since we cooked alot. The beds were extremely comfortable- we loved them! The only part that was a bummer was the shuttle. It did not start running until 11:00 so we had to walk or drop off family to the Beach Resort Club. We were able to catch the shuttle back. The walk to the beach house was 15 min but we did have 4 kids with us so that might have slowed us down. It was a little too far for our kids to walk. The Resort pool was wonderful! We hung out there alot with the kids. The Beach Club had a smaller pool which came in handy when one kid didn't like the stronger waves. Make sure to take your key card with you to get in! Sharon was great at communicating and hope to visit again soon.

Wonderful getaway to Perdido Key!

From the moment of our arrival, the check in process was seamless. The Lost Key Community is beautiful! Sharon’s property is even more beautiful in person. The pictures don’t do it justice. Our family of 4 had plenty of space to spread out. Sharon’s home is stocked with anything and everything we could’ve needed- a full kitchen of cooking utensils (not that we cooked as we enjoyed eating out at all of the places during our vacation!!!), laundry baskets in all of the bedrooms, plenty of beach towels, plenty of storage space, beach supplies, every type of cup you can imagine from wine glasses to tervis’s etc. The beds were the most comfortable VRBO beds we have stayed in. The screened lanai was so very relaxing for our lunches! She provided plenty of laundry pods, dishwasher detergent, and toilet paper. The community was very clean and safe. We loved exploring a few of the trails at the end of our road. We loved the Lost Key Beach Club and ate there often. It was wonderful having the small beach club pool right on the beach so we could go back and forth from beach to pool. Our kids loved the resort style large pool at the back of the complex as well. The free beach shuttle made it seamless for getting transportation both to the pool and to the beach. The only downside was that the shuttle doesn’t start until 11am. We have nothing but wonderful things to say about this stay and we’ll definitely be back! Thank you Sharon!

Perfect vacation spot!

We had 3 generations of women on a vacation together and this site met all of our needs and then some (2 over the age of 55, 2 in their 40s and 3 teens). Everything was perfect. We were amazed at how stocked the kitchen was with every tool you could possibly need. The beds were super comfy. It was so nice and clean. We all wanted to stay forever! Sharon was so helpful and wonderful with communication. We would return to this home in a heartbeat!
