* All cars must be parked in driveways, out of any public right of way or lawn areas. Due to complaints, the City of Panama City Beach has started to enforce local ordinances to stop illegal street parking and overcrowded parking conditions throughout the city. Fortunately, the city offers 3 overnight paid parking lots you can use during your stay.

While we are delighted to welcome you into our home at a more affordable rate than a hotel's, there are some “hotel” features that our beach house doesn't offer. Please bring your own personal care toiletries, condiments, oil + spices, ziplock bags, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, coffee, and bottled water.

SECURITY:
For your protection, there is 1 security camera located at the front entries that automatically records audio /video of the exterior of the property.

MAXIMUM CAPACITY
Mighty Paradise sleeps up to 29 guests. Base rates cover the first 16 guests, including children and day visitors. Add $15/person/night per extra person up to 29 guests. Guests above the maximum capacity will be charged $100/person/night.

PETS ALLOWED
Up to 3 non-aggressive breed dogs only; 2 may be allowed to stay in Unit A and 1 in Unit B. Pet fees are required for pet and emotional support dogs. If you would like to explore bringing your dog(s) on your trip, be sure to contact us PRIOR to booking in order to learn about Mighty Vacay's pet policies and house rules. By booking, you affirm to accepting our pet policies and fees in the event you choose to bring your furbaby with you.

COMMUNITY
We are in a residential neighborhood, next to an operating home preschool. NOTE that you may hear children playing while using Unit A's backyard amenities during business hours (M-F, 8 AM to 4 PM).

QUIET HOURS
This is a DUPLEX located in a permanent residential neighborhood. Guests shall observe quiet hours outdoors from 10 P.M. CST to 8 A.M. CST. Please refrain from using inappropriate language as a preschool operates next door during business hours (M-F, 8 AM to 4 PM).

POOL & HOT TUB SERVICE
Our pool tech cleans and rebalances the pool on the following weekly schedule: Wednesdays and Saturdays from April through September; Saturdays from October through March. While our pool is professionally serviced, you may find landscaping debris or cloudy water in the pool due to large storms with high wind and/or rain conditions that can quickly change the water chemistry of the pool. Please use the pool net to remove any debris. If the water is cloudy from a recent storm, let us know and we will reach out to our pool tech. Also, note that your body chemistry drastically changes the pool chemistry. Please rinse off using the outdoor shower to remove as much body oils as possible before using the facilities, especially the hot tub. It will get cloudy and murky quickly if you do not rinse off.

POOL HEAT
The pool is heated to 83 degrees via electric heat pump from October 1 to April 31. NOTE that the pool heater is an electric heat pump that may turn off and stop heating if and when the outdoor temperature drops below 55 degrees.

POOL USAGE
Swimming pools can be a potentially dangerous feature that can cause bodily harm and possibly death if not used properly. You are responsible for supervising ALL guests, including anyone on the property whom you directly invited or not. Use at your own risk. Children and anyone who cannot swim must be FULLY and ACTIVELY supervised at ALL times. You are responsible for the safety/maintenance of pool equipment and must inform us if you suspect anything is not functioning properly. All doors and window access to the pool area shall be secured to keep children from accessing the pool unsupervised. NO DOGS or TOYS are allowed in the pool because they may cause damage to the pool filter, pump, and/or surface.

HOT TUB USAGE
Do not use the hot tub if you recently consumed alcohol, are pregnant, or have pre-existing health conditions. There are health implications to using this facility. Use at your own risk. Rinse off all body oils before using.

BEDS, DAYBEDS, & TRUNDLES
Do not jump on any beds, daybeds, or trundles. These furnishings will (and have) broken when guests have left their kids to jump and play on them. You will be charged to replace any damaged furniture that shows misuse.

KEEP DOORS AND WINDOWS CLOSED
It is very critical that you keep all doors and windows closed during your stay. Due to the high humidity and constant use of air conditioning inside the home, leaving the doors and windows open will cause the HVAC system to freeze over and cause water damage to the walls, ceilings, and electronic door locks with condensation build-up. We would hate to have to charge you for these damages.

BUGS
Florida is a tropical state with many large flying bugs & beetles. Although Mighty Paradise is maintained monthly by a professional pest control service, you may still come across these critters during your stay with us, especially the Asian Cockroach. This small brown cockroach lives outdoors and may follow you into the house because it is a STRONG flier and is attracted to the light. But please do not be alarmed, these critters
